Richard GThe location was empty. Location was full of other uhaul trucks and lifts. The truck my father rented was a 26”, no room. We called several times one of the ladies was not helpful. Then Mackenzie tried to help but she couldn’t really tell us where to leave it. Then she helped because the box to return keys was broken. She told us to leave the key under the drivers seat and leave the passenger door unlock. We also told her that the back does not have a lock and we had to leave the dolly and blankets we rented. She said that she knew but that’s how it is done. We left around 1:44ish in the morning and extremely worried if we had left the truck in a good/right spot, and that the items in the back were not stolen and that the truck was opened and key under driver. The email to return was Not helpful details when/how to leave truck and to make sure it was going to be safe. Very disappointed at a huge company and we’ll know with poor help! Also, we obtained the movers option to help pack in the morning off and never showed up, and texted/emailed an hour later that they had an accident. Unacceptable!

ELISEO OI was given the truck with only a quarter tank of fuel in it. I was not impressed with this as I barely used an 1/8th of the tank and was required to fill the truck to full before returning it. It costed me $99.44 to fill the tank. I would like to be compensated for the excessive amount of fuel that I was required to put in the truck when I was only given the truck with 1/4 tank of fuel. It is outrageous that I had to put that much money into a 38 mile trip.

IAN HI'm mainly upset that the ac didn't work. Km stuck in Orlando traffic florida heat no ac. And it cost me $500 to do that

Antonette MThe truck was not clean and smelled like someone smoked in it everyday for a month. Driver door wouldn’t unlock from the outside so you had to unlock the passenger door and climb over. The AC didn’t work so in the Florida summer that was fun.

TIMOTHY OWas expecting a ramp to be included on the truck but, I guess they don't come standard with the size truck that I ordered. It made it difficult to move my large appliances from my storage onto the truck and from the truck to my house. I wish I would have known beforehand that they did not come with a ramp. I've always ordered the next size up and it's always had a ramp with it. I would have gladly rented the one with a ramp if I'd known that I would not have one on this truck. I ended up having to keep the truck an extra day so I can have help moving my stuff and it was still difficult. Ended up not being able to move anything at all because it was impossible to move the heavy washer dryer combo by hand without a ramp onto the truck. Other than that my experience is have always been great with U-Haul.
