It took me about 2 hours to pick up a truck. The truck wasn't ready to go, the app nor the browser site would validate my info. Luckily a nice lady at the St. Louis main office helped me. The lady that was working at the rental location had no idea what she was doing.Adrian B.

The app will not take my input for the ending fuel reading. Knew it was more gas than I started with so just submitted the photo. Did not know to bring a second document like a passport and noone answers our home phone but me so confirmation of second source was difficult. Could not figure out how to adjust the outside mirrors. Luckily they were close enough. Was the best way to move my stuff though and the truck worked very well. Just miss the real person but not sure it would have been any faster of a check in.Don V.

One person working in the am. Head to wait. Dolly I ordered the didnt have. The dolly in the truck was moved to make room. Was not used. I was handed the information to retrieve the keys and the truck to the woman at the counter and told how much gas to return the truck with. No one walked out to the truck with me, the truck was parked outside the gate and was dirty inside and out, numerous damages and the air conditioning didn't work for a trip 889 miles in June. The truck had a horrible odor and the doors did not close properly! Horrible experience overallKimberly Y.
I made online reservation and this location could not manage to find my rate and wanted to charge me another $300 plus. When I went to return truck they do not open until 10 a.m. and then at 10 a.m., there was no one there so I had to do an app return which was not per my contract. When making the reservation, I was told I could waive the insurance. When we were picking up, I was in the restroom, so my husband received the paperwork. We were charged for the insurance. I was quoted $173 on a recorded line, but we were charged over $200.James B.

Make pricing more clear. I had NO CLUE there were 2 rental charges. Website says truck rental 29.95 + 1.09 per mile. I NEVER saw the 59.99 rental charge! VERY misleading. Very upsetting. Would have looked someplace else had I known a 30.00 (plus miles) truck rental ends up being 162 dollars. Very Unsatisfied!Kimberly M.

It was the worst experience I ever encountered. It took over an hour for the woman to do the computer work. She had to call numerous people to get help. Not to mention this was a second place to pick up. The first one said they would have a truck. At the last minute they called and said he would not have one. I had to go 10 miles to get the truck. I tried to call the local supervisor he never answered and refused to call me back. I will never recommend u-haul to any onejohn C.

I returned my trailer during off-hours, so I was on my own. As far as I can tell, there are only four parking spots for U-Haul vehicles here, all parallel-parked along the side of the one-way road. Fortunately there was one space open for me to park my trailer, but it was difficult maneuver/stop the trailer as it is on a hill, and it was hard to turn my vehicle back around from that one-way road that dead-ends with the U-Haul space.Mark K.

This location was unorganized. When I went to pick up my rental, they could not find me in the system, so I called customer service while sitting in the office and they were able to find my reservation right away. In store the lady said I didn't assigned a drop off location but again on the phone they gave us the address to wheee it was scheduled to be dropped off. The lady in the store just told me to drop it off where i want, she didn't care. Then when I went to hook up my trailer, I had to move a trailer out of the way. Yes they made me move trailers out of the way so that I can pick up the trailer I rented. This took an additional 15 mins. When I backed up to hook the the trailer I rented, I needed help lifting and hooking it up. The store was unable to assist me in booking it up. I ha a vey difficult time lift the trailer. To me this was very poor customer service, and I feel that if a business can't assist customers with hookikg up equipment, they should not be a uhaul dealer. I will never pick up from this location again....and I will think twice before renting from uhaul again.Earnest B.
