Booked uhaul and of course they change my pick up location. I planned to pick up a truck right next to where I needed to go (uhaul said they had a truck there available). But no, they change my pick up location to add another 30 minute drive and 30 minute back just to get a truck. Oh, and let’s not forget I had less than a quarter tank of gas. So had to fill up twice just to meet the level. Worst experience I’ve had with uhaul.

Lino HOn my receipt I noticed I was charged 1995 for the rental and 1995 for the equipment. So it seems I was Double charged. But I will call your customer service and my credit card company to dispute this. But overall the U-Haul served its purpose for the day.
Yurlaunda TGas was off than what contract stated and I questioned him about it he said don’t worry,I turn it in a day and half early and get dinged for 27.00 more gas because of the person that rented it to me.The washer fluid was also empty and the traction service light came on.Thank goodness I made the 1800 mile trip with nothing else going on with it.

Michael SI ordered a $19.95 truck I paid for a $7 dolly and $14 insurance and $20 and change in miles and was charged OVER $100. The receipt showed other unexplained charges. When I went back to ask about it no ine had answers I was told "that's how it was charged". No other explanations. Such a rip off
