Poor customer service. When I arrived to return the truck a employee told me that everything was fine without checking mileage and gas level. Also false advertising on hours of operation. On Thursday January 11 I was waiting for 2 hours and nobody was there to open for business. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Dean WenzlI followed your instructions exactly. I drove 16.6 miles and put $13 worth of gas in the tank a few blocks before returning the truck. I submitted a photo showing the gauge exactly where it was supposed to be, but was charged $26 for gas. U-Haul stole $26 from me! I AM VERY ANGRY ABOUT THAT!

mann chengI did not like the automated pick up. I will never do it again unless I have to. The website did not work on my phone properly. I had to calm agents 3 times to get it sorted. The third person helped the most. The second either disconnected by accident or hung up on me. Also at pick up, the lock that locked the vehicle did not slide in their drop box. I had to borrow a screw driver to force it down. I did not want to leave it to any chances of getting charged because someone removed it from the top of insert slot if I left it like that. So I’m not busting the pick up location as being bad just website. Crashing failing to load. It took me one hour on site before I left with truck, I felt it should have been 10 minutes I have an I phone 13, I had three bars of 5G!!!

JINYI FANI loved the whole Escape Room experience, trying to open the lock with the code supplied. We had a problem opening the lock because you have to push down on the truck door locking mechanism to relieve pressure on the lock to open. The store rep was just arriving and coming over to help when we opened the lock. We both cheered! Challenge completed! It was strange to take pics of everything but it allowed us to pick up and return the truck without bothering the store reps but it’s nice knowing they are there in case we need them.. We will absolutely use that location again in the near future!

JOREN MORRIS JEPSENIm pretty sure i picked no insurance bc im not travelling far but i still got charged $28. I was not aware that if the truck was returned after 5pm that theres going to be another $29.95 charge, i didnt see it on the website. Its probably on the agreement but who reads it.. lastly i sweeped the truck before i returned it ofcourse theres still a bit of dirts left didnt know that i had to clean it thoroughly if i knew that i was gonna get charged another $25 for cleaning i would've vacuumed it. Anyways its overwith and theres nothing i can do to get my money back.
Randy GalvezWas told the store closed at 3 on Saturdays, signs on windows also showed 3 o’clock closing time. When we returned the truck at 2:40, store was already closed. I hope I don’t get charged $20.
