Ioannis VNothing, my experience was amazing! I have rented uhaul trucks from other locations and this one was by far the most clean and newest one I have rented. The man working there was very nice and it was a very smooth and easy experience. Location is so convenient too. I'll definitely go there in the future and recommend other customers too.
Melanie B1. There was damage on the vehicle and the photos provided in checkout did not show the damage 2. I had trouble with the lock and had to ask the attendant to help. If this had been after hours, I would not have been able to checkout the van. I suggest a video on how to operate the lock.

Natasha JGot rerouted here from the original pickup location as we were trying to use the mobile pickup option. Somebody confirmed mobile pickup with me on the 22nd (in the notes) and when we came on the 25th was told that location doesn't support mobile pickup. An amazing agent over the phone found this location with a van available for me to pick up right away. If not for her I would be very stuck! She deserves all the praise.

Julie OMake sure vehicles are good working order. My rental had battery issues the entire time I had it rented. Called roadside assistance once and then had to boost the battery twice. Not that ideal!
Andy B1. Have vehicles with functional locks. 2. Do not double book your vehicles 3. Supply the requested items that were confirmed when ordering. Don’t just leave your customer without Dollie’s or expected equipment, etc. 4. Don’t have a pre check in when you have to check in in person. 5. Don’t make the customer be responsible for all check in and use their own smart phone device. This Disadvantages customers that are not tech savvy or don’t have data coverage. Not very accessible to many customers. 6. Overall a very poor experience. I have already told a number of friends not to use your service. 7. I prechecked in and it still took me over 30 minutes to acquire the vehicle with none of the necessary supplies available (Dolly and blankets)

elkin mThe locks to get the key are very picky and difficult to open however the location was close to where I was located. Truck was clean for me, and I kept it clean, big enough for everything in my apartment as I was moving. No moving blankets or anything as requested, and they told me the day before it was moved from in person pickup to online. Online process was smooth otherwise and everyone on the phone was helpful.

PAWANDEEP SMy pickup location got changed the night prior to pickup date. This inconvenience was a hassle as I ended up at the original location i chose only to find out that my truck was not there (apparently got stolen the night before) and the location was thus moved. This wasted 30+ min of my scheduled time which i found very unfair. I wish better communication was put forward for this. No compensation was provided.

Umaire EMy credit card was charge more than the amount of my receipt. Why? The clerk was helpful because the website would not work. It was not able to determine my location for pickup or return even though my settings were on, and the directions on the website to correct this were wrong. My teenage son was able to tell me how to fix it when I got home. If you want people to use the website, you need to make it more user friendly. Not everyone that rents a truck is 25 and tech savvy.

SEJLA DLocation wasn't the issue. The app is pathetic!!! I had to constantly use the uhaul.com website to process my pick-up/return. An embarrassment. I'd rate the app 0/5.
