Charged me for 15 gallons of gas after traveling 40 miles.. probably would have charged me regardless If I added fuel or not. Just expect to pay more than expected. Otherwise, just a bumpy ride but that's just every uhaul truck over 100k miles.lyle M.

check in process should be a little smoother and the cash out is difficult when you are already holding money and then then also charged. Not everyone has the extra cash for being doubled charged even if just holding.Julie B.

Didn't catch his name but the man who set me up with the uhaul was incredibly nice and very helpful. His place of business was very clean and welcoming. Dropping off the uhaul was very easy. 10/10 experienceCody T.

While the location was ideal and lock box part worked well, the check out and check in online at Uhaul.com website was very problematic. I had to re-submit the same information/photos many times when it would lock up on me and restart from the beginning. Customer service even tried to pass it off as an internet connection issue on my side, but my internet was strong and working perfectly for everything accept certain pages of the checkin process (the other pages always worked quickly every time). I lost over 45 minutes in this process, in the cold, trying to get the vehicle.Chris C.
The truck smelled horribly of body odor. Transmission shifted very rough and the ride it self was very bumpy your app sucks would not upload clear pictures then you tried to charge me for fuel it had a half of tank when i got and when i returned it i was refunded but should not of happen at all you lost a customer today.Jason Z.

Did not receive the refrigerator dolly that I paid for. Regional manager sent me to a wrong location miles away to pick up dolly. None existed there. Had to call around and drive more miles to get a dolly. Wasted the whole day looking forward a dolly and not loading the truck.Karl Z.
