The location and people were great. No issues there. What I did struggle with is the mobile registration. Your system did not work for me. It would not let me complete the process and I had to call in to get someone to fix that. Spent 55 minutes trying to get the truck. You do. It allow us to start the long process early and that cuts into the move time. If you are going to offer mobile check in you should make it work better than that. It definitely was a frustrating experience. Again the people at this location was friendly and helpful but the electronic process sucked.

Joseph MYou need to remind everyone that there is a huge mileage charge. Last year when I rented the same vehicle the mileage charge was $.69. This time I was billed at $.99 and it shot up my bill very unexpectedly!

Scott FWe reserved a 26' truck online, only to be told the pick up location didn't have this size truck two days before we needed the truck to move. So, we settled for a 20' truck because going to another location was inconvenient. When arriving, we started the online check in, which took us about an house because the app kept failing. We spent a long time on the phone with customer service while trying to figure this out. Once we went through the online check in, we received a code to open the lockbox. We couldn't open the lockbox because it was jammed. This whole process took over an hour. It was such a waste of valuable time, as we had to move. This whole process was extremely frustrating.

Mary GThe sign in or “virtual” sign in was long but understandingly necessary. It took us longer it seemed to sign in and return the vehicle than it did to actually do the work we had. Wish the site was open with someone onsite Saturday mornings. But we got through it. Otherwise everything went as planned. Thanks!

Billy CI could not contact anyone at the drop off location for days. I had to call U-Haul twice to make them aware I dropped off the truck and auto transport however I was unable to check out on the app and I could not get anyone from the site to call me back.

Jacqueline MSignal for wi fi is very weak in that area where the trucks are located. This resulted in having to call the Uhaul for the code to get to where the key was stored.

Brian JCharged me a 30.00 fueling fee on top of filling the tank back to a quarter tank. Didn’t put but 41 miles on truck. Spent more on fueling thanthe truck rental . Very dissatisfied with this
