The U-Haul website was terrible! After uploading my driver's license, the page refreshed automatically but asked me to upload the license again. I waited for more than 20 minutes, but it never confirmed anything and didn't provide any key code. The live agent via the app was also unhelpful and didn't reply to anything I asked. Luckily, there was a U-Haul employee who helped me obtain the key code from their own device; otherwise, I wouldn't have been able to get the key.

Not over charge and be uncoordinated for pick up.
A'nysia LThe building at the drop off was not manned, the sign on the building said private property, the door was lock. I was unsure for safety reasons to knock on the door because of the sign. I called the location number twice before I got someone on the phone.., a worker instructed me to park the truck and leave the keys in the drop box. I did.

Dawn WEquipment is in front of a boarded up building with the address spray painted on the outside wall. No attendant is at the facility and its just plain unprofessional. 10 minutes after my arrival, a group of men drove up with one wearing an untucked shirt with a UHaul emblem.... While the men were polite this was NOT my expectation of dealing with UHaul.
Harold MThey do not have a regular return capability. When I took the truck back, on Saturday, around 2pm there was a bbq truck over there in the parking lot and nowhere to park. The guy from Imperial Auto told me not to park next to the cars on the other side. He removed his car from the other side, next to the bbq truck and I parked there. I was a couple of hours late but he updated our contract till Monday morning. I do not have time and energy to fight for the contract but wanted to take this opportunity to tell about it.

gustavo gI went in to rent a 4x8 enclosed trailer for the weekend (Fri-Mon) went in three days before the date for pick up When on pick-up day went to pick up trailler was sent to another location to recieve no problem not far from the intial location get the trailer do my thing for the weekend take the trailer back on monday thought all was good and then after checking my bank account I'm charged $198.00 for some charge for some trip to Montana I live in Houston Texas rented for a trip to Galveston Texas never been to Montana the whole reservation was tatally screwed up by someone to this day I'm waiting on my money!!! Please send me my money like yesterday!!!

It was kind of strange leaving the trailer there without it being secured by an employee before I left the location.

Shante MShould reserve a truck online 1st. Did a drive up during posted biz hrs. Know one there. Called the # posted & the rep for this place was great. Walked me through getting truck reserved, very friendly & helpful. No hassles. However had to wait about a hour for someone to get there to receive keys. If I would have reserved in advance things might have turned out differently. I would rent a truck from them again.
