customer service phone line is horrible. i spent a minimum of 45 minutes each time i called just to get a representative. i had problems with the trailer and uhaul installed trailer hitch during my trip to Florida and had to terminate my travel with the trailer once i got to Florida. We thought the trailer was falling off. Then the trailer was not recorded as returned by the Uhaul facility. I still have not heard back from a representative on this matter. terrible experienceJOHN M.

UHaul needs to stop charging hundreds of dollars extra when a person only needs to drive a trailer one way..... so we risked life and limb with an empty trailer dragging behind us in a snow and Ice blizzasrd... Sure UHaul isn't part of Anthem? I know Anthem doesn't care about their insureds and I'm pretty certain UHaul doesn't care about their customers either.Melissa C.

I would maybe try a different location next time. The lady I rented from was incredibly sweet, but sweet doesn't mean shit when I get double charged for my rental. (Complete wallet rape, I'm already drained from the move). I tried to email the woman, but no reply. I tried calling....no one will answer. Will just mark it off as a loss and will not return to this location. Shame because they have some cool stuff for rent there. Oh well. Cheers.Logan D.

Had open for business sign lit but office locked after hours making return confusing. Hard to find after dusk as not lit to see where to park truck, and drop off keys. parking area has pot holes that can cause safety issues walking in the dark after hoursgregory M.

I was assured that the vehicle would be checked in by 10 AM, Monday, as I returned it at 1PM Sunday. I attended the office at 11 AM. Kelly said she would have my final statement by 1PM. I called at 2PM. Kelly was rude and argumentative on the call. She said she was checking the vehicle in at the time. at 4.45 I attended at the office. Kelly made no apology. All she said was "Did you get an email.?" She had clearly not done anything. She then kept me waiting while checking the vehicle in. This is the first and last time I will use U Haul. The online system is a joke, I can not access the account, as it says my email is not recognized. Yet you send me junk emails about free storage units. I would not even recommend U Haul. I rent from u haul often. This location is a place I avoid. I have actually paid more than triple to rent from enterprise so I dont have to go to this location. I have been to this location a handful of times over the years with my self or a family member and its always chaotic. The store is a mess. The lady at the desk will be in the middle of helping me and step away and help someone else. Its always a disappointing experience. Going to this location is always my last of last resorts for renting. I typically use East street or Johnson tool rental and they are great. Those two locations get me in and out and make my experience great. The truck I rented from Indy Rents this week was past due for an oil change so when I got the truck so it dinged at me the entire week. That shows poor maintenance. Im a small business owner and I can over look at lot of things but wasting my time is not something I tolerate. I was so irritated when she was checking me out and got up in the middle of our transaction to help someone else. We were almost done she got up to help him unload his return forgot her keys came back inside to unlock the gate unloaded him checked him out then finished my transaction... actually that made my experience bad enough I'll never be renting from them again. I sat there just waiting to swipe my card for 15 minutes while she helped the other person in the middle of my transaction.KATIE B.

Upon returning the vehicle at 9 am no one was on location and I had to call a phone number to advise on what to do with the keys etc. Somehow from the pickup location I guess I was given the wrong vehicle as 2 days after returning the vehicle I was charged an additional $2216 dollars for driving over 5000 miles above my given limit. Well, this was not so as I drove the vehicle within the miles allowed and it took some 3 hours to get this taken care of and credited to my credit card. I guess I would recommend Uhaul as we all make mistakes.Mark S.

Dropping off equipment and was bombarded by owner because of me placing the trailer in the only spot available to not block any other trailers, gates or roadways. Cussed me out, told me to move another trailer by hand to make room then sped off squealing tires.Chris M.
Business was easy to deal with. I went in, booked my vehicle for the next day and it was clean and ready as promised. The online check in was easy and I recommend it. Individuals were sincere and you could see they had a rapport with their customers. Will rent from them again as needed.Rick R.

I put gas in truck, turned in receipt, and was still charged for gas. It was not a big charge but it should not of been there. I also thought I was not going to be charged for mileage unless I went over 100 miles. I used less than 100 miles. But the biggest problem was I ordered a van, received a truck, and it took 45 minutes to pick up a vehicle when I made the reservation a week and a half earlier.CRAIG C.

The owner Kelly is always(!) so rude!!!! She is unprofessional and not helpful. Yes I made a mistake by returning the key to the wrong spot but there was not reason to be disrespectful about it. A helpful gesture of at least I was returning it to the spot it came from was not that bad. Also there is very little cell phone service in the parking lot making the app difficult to use. WiFi would be helpful.Andree O.

Kim was unhelpful and rude. Called day before to Verify availability to rent a truck. Told me none available even though U-Haul app said there was. Next morning having not located a truck I drove to several U-Haul stores to view trucks on lot vs trucks showing availability in app. Indy Tentd had a truck available. Rented it. Needed blankets. When talking to operator as Kim was late opening business I was informed to wait on Kim to get the things I had ordered (pads). Once finally speaking to Kim she told me I was not a priority and had to wait till she took care of everyone else. I was the first one at the rental place that morning. My rental time was 8:00am for 6 hours. I was there at 7:42am to ensure I could leave at 8 to maintain the 6 hour window. I was forced to call the operator again and she was able to work her magic in the system and by pass Kim and get me on the road. I pulled out at 8:44am. No pads. I was charged for them. Also I was just charged an additional $26.00 After my payment without reason. Truck I rented was dirty and only 7/8 tank of gas. I returned it in the same condition. I returned it in less than the 6 hours I rented it for. Explain additional charges.Cristy F.
