The truck barely wanted to make turns and when you say at the red light and it turned green you put your foot in the gas pedal to go and it barley wanted to take off the engine light was on as well they should have not rented time this vehicle I was only able to go home and barely able take it back smhCheyna R.

Ive rented before with Uhaul before and was shocked at this dealer. Ive always had seamless experiences. The truck arrived locked with a padlock and one of the workers broke it open and gave me possession of the truck without inspecting any sort of damage to the hinge/rolldoor. Upon driving it the cab was sticky and filthy. Contract was signed with tank full when in reality this was not the case delaying my departure by having to inform the attendant to revise the contract.Upon loading my items, the back roll door jammed and I had to wait over 2 hours for a repairman to come fix it which took another hour. The wiring was out of balance and unhinged from the rolling door. It was obvious it hadnt been maintained. This inconvenienced my helpers by delaying our move time. I would not recommend this Inglewood location again, very dissapointed.Thomas G.
Inaccurately charged for an extra day due to staffs incompetence to look in the Overnight dropBox for the keys of a vehicle sitting in the parking lot. I fortunately have proof of the drop off date however the inconvenience to correct this error is disappointing and a waste of valuable time.Ryan T.

I made my reservation at the site in Los Angeles on 110 and Vermont. I was moving from Los Angeles to Sacramento one way. When making the reservation the customer service rep charged me for 3 days when I only required 1. She stated 3 days were the minimum days for my move. I ended up returning the truck about 24 hours after I left with it. And still got charged for the extra 2 days. I should have been able to be refunded those 2 days that I did not use.lanesha S.

The drop off experience was slightly less painful than the pick up, however the workers did not speak English so it was a bit challenging to communicate with them. Other than that they were very helpful and we ended up getting out of there within a reasonable amount of time. Overall a good experience ,,,but it took 3 attempts to b get there the original location on Centennial gave me all I needed only to let me down and send me to a second location who were totally rude. 1) I returned truck with 1/2 tank more gasoline than I received when I took it, but was not given any credit. I definitely think I should have! 2) I returned the 6 blankets in the package, UNOPENED, but again was not given credit. I definitely think I should have. My rental got switched to this location which is in a terrible part of town. I am not sure why the location would switch since I reserved to another location. Also the staff was not friendly and did not answer any questions. The drop off location blew this place out of the water.Taylor M.
