Confusion with where I was to drop off truck-kept getting calls from a different uhaul office(not sure why they thought I was dropping off there.)

I checked out of this location at 1146 and took a picture of the milage at 1252 which displayed the miles at 7177.8. When we returned I took another picture of the milage at 1:19 p which diplayed the miles at 71733.0. When I recieved the bill, the company claimed that the beginning milage was 71687. They charged me for an extra 24 miles that I did not drive! I will never rent from this location again! Shady business going on here! They didn't even come out of the office to check the vehicle with us when we picked it up or dropped it off. Luckily we filled the tank up completely, or I am sure they would have lied about that and charged me for it too!

Only drove 45 miles and had to put 11.6 gallons of gas. No way was this full when I left.

I took the truck without looking at the gas gauge. I should have. I agreed the tank was 1/4 full. It was not. Within two miles of driving away from the station the empty light went on that there were less than 40 miles worth of gas. I used it and filled it to over 1/4 tank just so I didn't have any hassle. I spent $15 I shouldn't have had to spend.

The reps at the location forgot to include my dolley/blankets that I had purchased in addition to the truck so I had to drive back there to get them later in the day once I realized they weren't in the truck. Everything else was fine

This review page is crap. For starters, this was the 5th location we were redirected to so it would be biased to say this exact location had issues. The entire booking and retrieval process was a joke. The day prior to my reservation, I received a "no-caller id" call from the uhaul location I was originally appointed to and was told to go to a different location. No address was given, just cross-streets. When we got to that location, there were two separate uhaul dealers in the same area and both were closed. We called the dispatch and they wasted 3 hours of my time and gas money having me drive around to several locations, all were closed. I had a newborn in the car in 115 degree temps. None of the uhaul reps could point me in the right direction and they sent me on a wild goose chase trying to find a location that was open. They also did not apply the $50 guarantee rule to my account! https://www.uhaul.com/reservations/PopUpGuarantee.aspx False advertising!!! I will stay away from using uhaul in the future.

Have vehicle keys available as the 24/7 would guarantee. However when I showed up the vehicle keys were not available when I needed them. The manager for the furniture store was onsite at the time and was able to assist with getting the vehicle keys I needed. Special thanks to him.

I was not told of the fill up fee. For 2 miles I was charged $44. Not explained to me. Very dissatisfied and so mad. Horrible
