I tried two men and a truck and my move was going to cost me $5000 from Fayetteville to Fuquay NC. We had already moved a lot of stuff. I cancelled them and called this U-Haul location. The staff was very helpful. My move did not cost a third of the $5000. Love U-Haul, especially this location

Robin MThere were no issues with the location. The challenge was using the after hours app to gain access to the vehicle. It was not intuitive at all, especially the additional identification needed when onsite for the pickup. Luckily I had my passport with me, but it was time consuming and not a pleasant experience. If I were to rent again, I would definitely not use the after hours pick up app.

Rich GThe process was very smooth and straightforward to get it online. I needed a car carrier and found one at Integrity storage. I heard great things about them from my brother in law. The man was incredibly nice when we pulled up and even met me outside when I was getting out of my truck. He was very polite and knowledgeable about the piece of equipment I was renting. All in all I will tell others my great experience from Integrity storage.

Melissa KI rep did not explain the app had to be download to return the truck and didn't give me a drop off location. I had to make several calls to cs before the location on Google wasn't accurate so I was 15 min away from the correct location. I believe all of this could have been avoided if she would have taken her time. It seemed like she was the only worker so maybe it was a little overwhelming.

Noah SReceived a phone call to change to 20 foot truck from Austin the day before pick up .. he was courteous and nice . Picked up truck from Angie who talked about herself the whole time , was rude, condescending.. and thought she was all that. I am 61 years old and have been driving large vehicles my whole life .. she acted like I was easy to lie to and manipulate and basically told me I was a liar .. that Austin had not called and asked me to change trucks. She is an awful person who just kept saying how she knows everything about U-haul. I don’t care . Totally unprofessional.

Jonathan KI worked with David and he was very proficient at his job, but he was extremely passive aggressive and borderline rude and confrontational, when asking simple, and candid questions. I would advise this individual gets trained in proper customer service etiquette before dealing with patrons as it seems during our entire conversation, he seemed more interested in his own system, than actually listening to the customer and my experience.

Rajesh VI made reservations for counter pick up. However pickup was changed to mobile pick without my permission. Pickup was at 9am. No one showed up until 9:33am.
A LDue to unforseen circumstances with the move into my new home, I was 3 hrs late picking up my uhaul truck. Upon my arrival, I was immediately asked what my reason was for being late by the uhaul clerk and then lectured by him! When I told him that I made a reservation for the entire day, so I assumed I could pick the truck up anytime, he continued to be condescending towards me. I have rented through Penske and Budget before and was never treated with such arrogance and disrespect.
James GHad an 8:30 appointment, nobody showed up till almost 10:00. Customer service phone number (after telling me someone would be there by 9:00) said I could use the online 24/7 self service pickup. I checked my email to find a link and/or reservation info and saw that I had received, the night before, an email stating that my reservation was changed to a 24/7 pickup. I did NOT make this change, it was made without my knowledge. This was extremely frustrating but I attempted to use this option, but it did not work. After going through all the prompts, the last step told me I was at the wrong UHaul location and wouldn't proceed with the rental. I was NOT at the wrong location. I tried this about 6 times but it never worked, so I was stuck waiting for an employee to arrive, almost two hours after my reservation time. I'm sure this isn't standard practice, just an unfortunate series of events, but it did happen, so it should be noted. Kudos to the gentleman who was there when I turned the truck in. He was friendly, courteous and professional.

Deborah SWe decided to use this UHaul-location because it was the closed to our new home. To book a truck as we needed was like a nightmare, but has nothing to do with this location or their staff. This is a problem at UHaul basically. The people were very friendly and helpful. They explained everything , The shop and the yard were very clean and in a good shape. The equipment was also very clean. The only reason that I do not rate them with five stars is: we booked the truck for 3pm, arrived the location shortly before. There were some sheets at the entrance door that informed us, they wanted to be back at 3:00pm. Also that customers who booked an equipment for that time should receive an email with instruction how to handle the pickup. I mean, it can happens that something comes out through the open hours and you have no chance to move it to another time , but if you say you will be back at a certain time, please be on time and do not delay for another time.

Samuel RFive months ago I rented a 20-ft truck from this location for a local move and had a positive experience with the staff. This time, the truck was fine but the acting general manager, David Oliveira Jr, was very obnoxious. He repeatedly tried to pressure me to buy the insurance protection, was rude when I asked a question about gas mileage for the truck, and was not willing to walk around the truck with me to inspect it before I took possession of it. When I returned the truck, he wasn't willing to check the mileage and complete the process while I was present. He stated that I would get a receipt in 15 minutes and it took an hour. There were no other customers at this location when I picked up and returned the truck but he wasn't willing to get out of his chair. I don't know what happened to the middle-aged woman who worked here in March, but she was friendly and was quite thorough in answering questions and inspecting the truck with the customer. I will continue to use U-Haul in the future but I will not deal with David again. He needs some training on interpersonal communication.
Jim WEverything with the experience was fine until I get a bill for $192, 5 days later. I ordered a truck online shortly before I was going to pick it up, but no options were available online for what I needed as far as returning location, etc. So I made sure to discuss what I needed with the person at the desk. After spending about 30 minutes with him so that I wouldn’t get a surprise charge, I thought everything was understood. But when I returned the truck, I was told that I was not supposed to return it to that location even though the person at the desk when I picked it up, understood that I was returning it to that location. I was then told by the person at the desk when I returned it would discuss the situation with the Manager on Monday and someone would give me a call if there was an issue. No one called me, but then my credit card was automatically charged five days afterwards for $192. Very very poor experience.

My only complaints is that usually only one of the 2 elevators worked and the sliding doors in the loading/unloading area always acted up were you had to open by hand. This becomes very inconvenient when the loading/unloading area is packed with movers and slows everyone down.
