Nice people, Truck was not full tank. Drop off place was not the one I chose close to my residence.

I could not understand why my closest neighborhood dealer in 205 Market Street in Salinas was not offered to me as a possible fropoff location !!!

irma vThere was trash in the back of the truck along with someone sleeping in the back when I arrived to pick up the truck. The reservation that I confirmed via phone was wrong and I had ti wait an hour to officially get the truck.

jose oVery shady area We dropped off late in the night they did have security cameras with motion detector alarms which was helpful because we had several transients hanging around us watching us do our walkthrough felt very uncomfortable. Someone was sleeping under the key box so I had to ask them to move just to put the key in. Didn't even feel comfortable with that.

Andres LThe place was odd, part stereo shop, part convenience store that also offers U-Haul. The attendant was fine, nice and polite, communication was via speaker through a 1inch thick plexiglass divider with a little pass through slot. All said and done pickup took place and we were on our way.
