This location is not in a safe area. People should not go to this location by themselves to pick up a uhaul.

Had to go to far to pick up truck

The sign and the website show the office should've opened at 9 o'clock, the guy showed up at 9:40 and then walked in and lock the door behind him. I went up and let him know I had a reservation, he never apologized for being late or even acknowledge it I had to say something to him. We went out to the trailer, he didn't even know if it was the correct size and I had to proceed to show him where the dimensions of the trailer were. Also the adapter that word allow the lights to work had beenRemoved or stolen, he didn't even seem concerned but yet expected me to go buy one and put it on there. I would not recommend this location.

The back of the Uhaul was dirty , I pushed the dirt to one side. I was just moving files from my old office. the truck was blocked in for about 45 minutes. The neighbors in the barber/beauty shop acted as if they did not understand English. I finally got them to move the truck that was blocking my Uhaul. I will never rent their again. It must be a Hispanic Uhaul rental only place.

The only thing inconvenient was the parking lot. Hard to get in and out of . But overall service was great. Price was great.

Make sure someone is there during the advertised office hours. Two trips find no one would be available until end of day. Calls to voice mail turned out to be the wrong location. Website corrupted by other U-haul and no return phone call from that location. No discounts or empathy after going forwardd with the rental by supervising U-Haul Rep. BS

My items were demaged and i wrote a claims for damage then new management toke over and my unit was broken into...i have paid fee for insurance when this occurred management was to call no response

This was not my choice where to pick up the truck. Much further than other UHAUL locations in my area. When I returned the truck I was told that I was given the wrong one. So the agent had to call the dispatcher to correct before I could return.

Personnel was pleasant and helpful. However, my wife needed to pick this unit up on her own as I was not in town. I was meticulous in picking the location for pick up, but the day before, I was called and the pick up location was moved to a the location in the heart of the Kansas City Ghetto. No one at u haul (spoke to several poeple on the phone) seemed concerned about this and were not willing to move the trailer the 5 miles to the original location. I understand the issues of renting equipment, however, notification the day before does not give people enough time to make arrangements to work around U-hauls issues.
