When reservation was made, website showed this location was going to be open from 9am to noon, so planned to pick up truck at 9:00. I even called service number to confirm someone would be there. They said if website shows open then someone would be there! I show and waited till 9:30 and no sign of anyone there. I called service number and was told that my reservation was changed to a self-check out type deal by the location owner. I was also told that this location had been closed for almost a year! The young woman on the phone sent me text links to "self-checkout" the truck. Links that did not work! Luckily, she picked up the ball for U-Haul and took info over the phone and via email to help me! My reservation was for 9:00, and I left location at around 10:45! Unbelievable! This is not the U-Haul of years ago. If U-HAUL doesn't care for the human experience, and wants to conduct their business via "electronic device," then update and fix the issues with uploading photos and info! Self-return to same location was same hassle.
Bobby LesterCheck engine light on when picked up as well as equipment left in back (in the way.) Poor draining at pickup location had me walking in a very large puddle to retrieve key and fuel tank right below 1/4 tank (not locations fault, still frustrating.)
Charles CarsonMy initial rental agreement was changed without my consent to the 24/7 system with no onsite service attendant, only using a cell phone to program in the whole delivery/return experiences of the rental truck. This in itself was the most aggravating experience imaginable that I could have encountered - UHAUL disservice!

Angela JeffersonHave all equipment available for customer that has been requested a week in advance but this was the Bartlett U-Haul who gave poor service and transferred me to Eads location costing me 3 hour delay in moving and extra money for movers to wait for me to get a truck that I ordered a week in advance. Will never use U-Haul again or recommend. Bartlett location on hwy 64 staff Tony should be fired for making no attempt to correct problem but left me having to drive further and search for truck I needed and still didn't get appliance dolly which another customer had just returned and should have been given to me since my truck should have been ready at 0730 .
Kathy WhiteFor one, engine light came on, 2) driver wiper blade was laying on hood of truck, 3) I lost over an hour on truck pick up and was docked for it on the return. So I was charged for an hour earlier than my pick up time because they had trouble with uhaul scheduling not answering. But basically I got screwed on the time.

Joseph EpsonThe truck was full of roaches when I picked it up stuff went out to clean it did a great job even offered to throw in furniture covers because I was picking up new furniture he was very kind and friendly very helpful with my needs but the roaches kelp coming back after we picked up the new furniture and it was raining hard and one of the windshield wiper came off so I stopped at auto zone and let them put it back on but after getting back on the road it fell off again 🤦🏾♂️

The driveway was a bit treacherous due to potholes and rain. Maybe some improvements needed there. But the courtesy of the staff and the dependability to meet our need was A+!

William WrightDana is a wonderful agent. The only thing I would recommend is that she have more trucks of different sizes available, particularly smaller than the 17 ft. Otherwise, this location has worked very well for us and the 17 ft truck fits most of our needs.

Terry NorrisMy wife was waiting in the parking lot for me while I went in to ask a question. There were no parking spaces available. While she was waiting in the car with the engine running an employee came up and asked why she was in the way. She was not blocking anyone. We booked one way trip, long distance, not a cheap trip. Did he forget that customers pay his wage? Employees being helpful would go a long way. Very rude dude. Then he proceeded to act like he was going to back into her. The reason we were asking a question, was that we had to go back after we booked, because the desk person forgot to tell us where we were to drop off the truck at our destination. The fact is he asked why she was in the way. Sorry, if customer are just in the way.
