I don't like the fact that they called me three days later saying my equipment was not turned in. This is not good business. They need to give me a receipt as soon as I return the equipment. The girl said it was good to go. That made me feel uneasy. The next time I will demand a receipt so I'm not accused of keeping equipment. Like I'm a thief.JESSYCA C.

Various issues were NOT resolved. The vehicle was never checked-in properly and when I checked it out I did not notice any issues until after I had completed the online check-in. Once I completed the check-in I could not go back into the app to report issues. I called the location to let them know. Their poor service was blamed on me and charged to my credit card. I brought the vehicle back early because I could not use it. ALL MY FAULT according to this Uhaul location.David W.

Manage 24-hour drop off check-in more efficiently. I received a scary text claiming my rental hadn't been received and I had to go through a wave of anxiety and panic wondering what happened to the trailer until the person I talked to on the phone assured me that this facility just hadn't done anything about the trailer that appeared in their ranks for 2 days. All is well, now, but the scare wasn't very appreciated.Jack S.

When I got there I immediately was brushed away because the girl who helped me wasn't ready for me, I even selected the self service pick up option for convenience. I told her that the duction was not letting me complete the pick up on my phone she said her a minute, it took about few minutes and she came out and the car was not ready and I don't think it was even cleaned with the virus happening, I was not confident she said the guy just left and she needed to complete his before the self service function will work, after she completed it o stoll had issues with it, i asked her she came talking to me 20 feet away and not being very helpful at all. I will never use that option and this location again.MICHAEL M.
The staff is nice, but not there much of the time. I waited there for 50 minutes for someone to show up...never did. The sign said would return at 2, I arrived at 1:55 so I thought I might just wait. I left at 2:45 with no one ever showing up. I also returned the van after 1.5 hours of use, but the van was not recorded as returned until the next day. I received phone calls from Uhaul asking me to return it. I had handed in the keys in person? Before driving the van off the lot I let them know that the gas level was incorrect (it said it had a quarter more of a tank then was in there) I was told to take a picture on my phone and send it to Uhaul. But I was still charged $15 extra for gas when I returned it. Please reimburse me that extra.Michael O.

The vehicle was acceptably clean; some debris was in the cargo area and in the cab and the vehicle should have been cleaned completely (but your response radio buttons above don't allow for a rating between yes and no). Also, the location was NOT the location noted when I made the reservation the night before pick up. Don't promise vans that are unavailable.Dann P.

I have been charge excess under heading cleaning whereas the cleaning did for me is just taking one water bottle out which I forgot in vehicle and the cushions left over of packeging would take 2 min to clean When I requested to inspect vehicle in front of me I have been told its not required and at the end I got a bill with the excess charge for cleaning HIGHLY disappointed with the service especially how you handle customer after the visit and send the bill. When I tried to communicate this issue no proper resonance received , seems you wanted your customer make small mistakes and then you can charge them anything. Sorry But I am not happy with this knid of approach especially when I requested to have inspection in front of me to avoid any future disputes. Will never rent againNiranjan G.

Haley was courteous, pleasant, knowledgeable and professional . However, it seems you are having problems with your software computing costs for a one day van rental. Make it very clear that the quoted price is not accurate ... that there is a mandatory insurance charge which makes the actual price significantly (50%) higher than the advertised price! In my book, this is false advertising!LARRY P.
