Michael CThe woman behind the counter was condescending in her attitude to my questions and concerns. She did not get up from behind the desk to go out with me to check out the truck before I left. And when I returned, would not go out to check it in. She sat there and stated she’d check it in later as if she was busy. I was the only one there. There are other truck rental options in the area. I’ll try one of them next time I need to rent a truck.

Tony OThis rental location had so many reservations and drop offs for the one person running it that he was flustered and didn't take us in order. When he locked the office and left with a customer to help with his trailer rental, he told me I was next in line. When he returned, two other customers arrived and were in line behind me. He helped them first because they, "just had a quick drop off." Twenty minutes later he was done with their "quick drop off" he finally got to helping me. I won't use this location again.

Elvis ADrop off wasn’t the best experience e. The guy running the location wasn’t friendly at all, he didn’t even want to let me use his trash can to throw away my trash from the truck and it wasn’t much, just a couple of drink cans. His attitude was very off putting, not friendly or welcoming at all.
Keisha AOur van that we reserved was given to someone else . Shocks were not good. We didn’t even get a courtesy call before our reservation was cancelled before giving it to someone else . I just spoke to Uhaul the day before .
Bobby GWas told that location is not designed to accept trailers but was listed as the drop off point by the Ocoee Florida UHaul location. Owner did accept the trailer reluctantly. He also mentioned having a staffing problem.

Tracie CThe truck was extremely dirty filled with dog hair and dirt and smelled horrible. The worst part was the alignment. It was so bad you had to continue to hold the wheel to the side to not run off the road which made driving in the rain extremely dangerous
Crystal VEverything was fine with the truck itself. Clean and handled well. However, we had extensive problems with using the mobile app for an after hours pick up and drop off. First, the cell signal near the building was bad so we had to go across the street to higher ground so that we could even start the rental process. Once in the system, we encountered other problems. The process of uploading driver information (picture, driver's license, etc...) added extra time to the check-in process when it seems like this is information that could be uploaded in advance. There's also a step for identify confrmation that is just silly. We had to provide the name and phone number of a person who could verify we were real and renting a truck. There are so many ways around this process that it seems unnecssary. Returning the truck was also problematic. We had to call customer service as the app wouldn't let us go through the truck return process. It turns out that the system said the truck was in the "dispatched" stage even though we received a message that morning that the check-in process was complete. The rep on the phone had to place notes in the system to show that we attempted to return the truck and we had to wait until the next morning to confirm that everything was complete. Great concept with the self-check rental but horrible execution with the process and user interface. We'll never rent through this method again.
