Please have a back-up system in place for customers like me who are not able to do any of the tasks requested for both the pick-up and drop-off using a mobile device. Right from the beginning, the APP was not recognizing the location, no matter what I and the lovely owner of Island Afrikan tried. We were very thankful that Shawn was available by cell and was able to help us circumnavigate the problems. A backup of a good old fashion paper form would be greatly appreciated.
