Not great cell service in the area with Bell to pickup with the app, FYI only. Also the app failed repeatedly to accept the back of my ID. I tried in the browser after speaking with support and it worked.

sherry hI picked up the truck 40 minutes early and was tentatively charged for 2 days without being told. It was just fortunate that I brought it back before my designated time and questioned about the double charge. Just a heads up by the person at the desk would have been much appreciated so I could have been aware of the 2 day instead of 1 day charge. I suppose buyer be ware but it did give very much trust for doing business with them.
Dan MMake your app check in more seamless. We spent 40 mins just trying to get the app to accept the license photos. Going between two different phones with the app, using the web browser that didn’t think I was in the right location and having to call customer service to

Their website went down for the day and I was told that ours was the last vehicle allowed out of the yard that day - 23 of 26 bookings failed because of U-Haul’s website. Someone needs to open reliable competition here in Canada!!

Kelly EYou shouldn’t be offering 24 hour pickup at a rural location with little phone reception. Your app does not work here and it took 1.5 hours to check out the truck. Your app just tells me to call a phone number and those people just tell me to restart the app over and over again for 1.5 hours. Why didn’t the app just tell me to restart it over sand over again instead of waiting on hold on my phone for 30 minutes just to talk to someone who just says to restart the app? This is a terrible system and was a terrible experience.
Jonathan Bequipment was a bit of an older truck, but worked perfectly fine, was a pretty thirsty thing though.

Matthias NBetter pricing. I rented a 20’ moving van 1week and the next week rented a 6’x12’ covered trailer both from the same place going to same area & the trailer was more money!! That’s insane. Can’t believe almost $2000 to rent a trailer for 3 days!!

Scott BThe person who used the truck previously definitely did not fill it until it was full. After driving only "14 miles" in our neighbourhood my husband had to pay over $20 to fill the vehicle before delivering it back. The fees also don't really make any sense. When we moved 3 years ago and used UHaul our full day total was less than what we had to spend this time for only a couple hours...makes no sense.
