Excellent customer service
JAIME GTruck came dirty with laundry detergent spilled in storage with trash in there. Facility is nice but there was Noone on site to show how dirty it was.

Keith KWhen you call the phone number there isn't an option to get to the U-Haul part. The phone number is only for the I storage. And they overcharged me for the gas. And I tried to call and I could never get to anyone for the U-Haul there was no option to get to a live operator. No I would not rent from U-Haul again.

EDGAEL CWhen I arrived at the original pick up location, I was informed that I couldn’t perform a mobile check in and the keys should the handled to me on hands. 2 weeks ago I had no problem in performing a mobile check in. I was sent then to a location 20min from there. After arriving in this new location, no locker password was informed to me. After 1h, I obtained the password but the locker didn’t open. I was informed by the call center that the locker needed to be shaken since they are usually in poor conditions. After finally opening the box and getting the truck keys, I couldn’t find the truck. After another 30min I was informed that the truck was in a different location than the keys, and after getting the keys, I should’ve driven to the other location. Due to this 2h delay, I needed to perform that move without daylight. Definitely my first very very bad experience with U-Haul.

Leonardo RThe online 24 hrs truck rental experience was abismal. I needed the truck by 8:30AM and couldn’t get it until 9:30AM due to a technical problem on U-Hauls platform. Thank you this 1 hour delay I had to get extra help and pay extra money for it, to make up for the lost time.
