The use of the app for pick up was unacceptable and made us almost 30 minutes late for our appt to get our items we were moving. It was difficult to use and wouldn't work right even when the agent called a rep. We were extremely unhappy since we had spent an hour the previous Saturday setting it all up with driver's license, credit card etc., only to be delayed by having to go through it all again, taking pictures of DL to upload but no upload instructions etc. The agent was very uneducated on the process and could not explain why we had to repeat everything we had taken care of ahead of time. And we were not told to arrive 30 minutes early to complete anything additional. I already had my confirmation from the week before. It was pointless and irritating. Very unhappy.Cheryl R.

You do not make it easy for a business to use your website. If trucks could consistently be reserved at the place of rental instead of by website this would be much easier. On the site you must provide driver info and for a company with multiple employees and many moving parts this is rarely possible and can't explained to a computer which complicates pick up for everyone.DYLAN I.
No problem with IStorage, but they are a third party vendor. U-haul was the problem. Did not receive all the information I needed to access my truck and the Help person I spoke with was a disinterested jerk. No help. IStorage personnel sorted it out for me.Eric B.

The ladies in the office were super helpful and efficient, and they accommodated my need to pick the truck up after hours (I got the keys and returned later to get the truck.) Also, the truck was practically brand new which was a bonus!!!Kelly M.
Drop off location had coded gate to parking lot. No signs to tell 24/7 drop off customers where to park if lot was not manned on a weekend or holiday. Had to leave the truck along side the fence of lot. Uhaul on-line directions noted to park the vehicle inside the gate, which is coded! A sign would be extremely helpful or updating on-line notes to help people understand where to leave vehicle afterhours or perhaps a location outside the storage facility.JONATHAN S.
I arrived at the uhaul location and tried to pickup my uhaul online. The site was down for maintenance. I went inside to talk with a representative in order to get my rental. She told me that, â€œthere's nothing I can do, sorryâ€. So after waiting awhile the website was back up and I was able to get my rental. I lost time and it was a frustrating experience for me.Andrew S.
The lady in the office had an attitude from the second they opened. She had to climb through a window to get in there. It's not my fault that the instructions were not clear through the app. It said the keys were in lock box number 1 not in the back of the truck. The only lock box there was number 3. Her attitude and rudeness was unacceptable and we will never use uhaul or that location againAnthony V.

Absolutely zero customer service. Wasted an hour of our time jacking with your online check in. Asked for help in office and girl didn't have a clue. Because of the Corona virus, I had a terrible experience. No fault to IStorage . I wasted an hour and a half to finally get the keys to the truck. I was transferred to 3 different people. I know this is a trying time we live in, but I will not rent from uhaul again.Nancy K.

I suspect the cell service was the issue here. I had to submit photos and information multiple times. It would be good to know your confirmation contact should be either with you or expecting a call. My husband was busy with the move and didn't answer a random call from an unknown number. This cause much frustration and delay.Lisa K.

The woman at IStorage was amazing! I came in with my 7year old daughter, and she was so very pleasant to us, and made a stressful time easy. She answered all of my questions, was kind, friendly, and courteous. I will always recommend the IStorage Uhaul location in Herculaneum to everyone I know. I sincerely hope that she is paid well. Overall I'm not happy since I reserved ahead of time to have a 10' truck picked up in Farmington then I get a call stating they wouldn't have one there. I didn't want a longer truck. I had to drive further and pick up a later time than I wanted.Deanna M.

Gina was very rude & not helpful. She would only tell me that I couldn't rent the truck for longer then 6 hours. If I based my experience only on dealing with her I would never rent at U-HaulSARA C.

It was difficult to rent on a Sunday by cell phone only I didn't write the gate code down going into rental area & then couldn't go back in your email to retrieve the code & had no one to call for help so I had to wait for someone else to come thru gate also tons of steps ie taking photos sending info back & forth per phone to get approval & actually get keys & return truck took a lot a lot of extra time was not an easy first rental for me really had me stressed out!Lisa B.

The place I always use is in crystal city thrift store, I love them they work with you on anything. This place would be closed down whenever I would come, on top of that they charged my card without my consent, they tried to charge me way more than I should of been charged. The blow up your phone early in the morning inowning when talked to the lady I Workk night shift. I will stick with my Crystal city loves for now on.Daniece R.
