Derek JI was greeted and helped by the owner and she helped me understand I got the wrong size truck so she helped me extended my time at no charge. I signed the papers not knowing I would go a little over the mileage but the sad thing is I was charged $35 over what I signed for even after filling the gas tank up. Nothing against this owner but I will definitely use Uhaul again for my next move since I have never been charged over when I use rentals or any moving trucks.

Ester HFilthy! Weeds everywhere mud ponds trash everywhere and they tried to scam us by doubling the miles used, thank goodness we took pictures of the odometer at the check out and when we returned it. Never again, total trash

John CGas Meter was iffy, filled it up and the needle was wonky on turn in. The vehicle was all dented and scratched up with dirt and trash inside the truck on initial renting it out, took some time to air the truck out to get rid of the awful weed smell. Front lights barely worked, and some of the lights looked as if they were smashed out.

Xiaohan YThe uhaul truck was dirty when we entered it. Smelled strongly of smoke and had cigarette ashes spread all around. The person who assisted me was wonderful and I really appreciated her. The blue ridge location (my original reservation) was awful. They did not have a truck available at the time of my reservation and did not offer a discount or the $50 credit I was supposed to receive. Spoke with the general manager at blue ridge who provided the wrong address for the new uhaul location before I called and got the correct address. Very disappointed overall with my service at blue ridge and the equipment and ivory mims. Will be using budget next move.

MARK WThe app experience is HORRIBLE. #1 If it is erroring out then it needs to tell the customer why. I sat on the phone for 20 minutes on hold because it was erroring out all along it was because the location was closed and they wouldn't issue me the key. #2 Me trying to return it and take a picture of the odometer was almost impossible. I took 20 some odd pictures and it wouldn't accept any of them. Again I had to call U-Haul customer service to deal with the matter. This app is trash! It would have been so much easier just dealing with a human being.
Dustin MNothing. This location was absolutely PERFECT. The first truck I picked-up wasn't working. And the Representative was so on it she had me in another truck and out the door in seconds. She was AWESOME SAUCE!!!

KENNEDY RThis location appears to be a haircare product warehouse or something that just happens to also have U-Hauls available for rent. The location didn't have most of the moving supplies I ordered, and the moving company I ordered through the U-Haul app never showed up at all.
CLAYTON JPay closer attention to the contract and your customer when your customer has found a mistake you made and fix it correctly the 1st time and not have the customer stressing out on a mistake made by the rep of U-Haul.

Tanisha OVery unprofessional from start to finish. I really did not get any assistance on pulling the truck out or backing it back it. Then a day later I get a phone call saying that there’s damage to another vehicle. I just think that as a professional you should be on your job and double check the vehicle while the customer still there! The man did not come out and assess the truck while I was still on the property. I’ll get a phone call day later saying that there’s damage and they are going to file a claim. WILL NEVER GO BACK!!! I will be contacting BBB.
AALIYAH RI uploaded a picture of the mileage, because it did not match the sheet I was given. However, even though the picture said it was uploaded, I could not see it. The woman running the uhaul program said that it was fine, but at the end of the day I was charged nearly $20 more than I was quoted because my mileage did not match. She said she could not see the picture and would fix it, but that did not happen. My card was charged the $20 extra and I was never contacted again about it.

Tiffany BYou Charged me for gas when I filled up accordingly after I drove. I filled the U Haul up with gas for the gas I used and you still gave me a gas charge.
