The owner is super helpful, evidently very knowledgeable and goes over everything with the paperwork (details of the cost structure, insurances, mileage, contact in case of problems, etc..) and how to use the uhaul truck (open close, ramp, driver's controls, etc..).

KEN GThe on-line check in process was terrible. App didn’t work very well. It kept stalling out. I had to re enter the program three times and took pictures twice.,I got to the end of the process and it wouldn’t let me finish. Luckily, the owner/manager came by and was finally able to check me out. If he hadn’t come by, I might still be there.

THOMAS MThe overall experience with U-Haul was about as bad as it could be. I received a call 20 minuets before I was to pick up a reserved truck in Victor Idaho and told I was out of luck because the last person didn't return it. So with hired labor I had to quickly borrow a couple friends trailers. When I asked the U-Haul rep (in Boise) what I could do I was offer no help, no different location help, just a sorry this happens all the time. We found the location your asking about now when driving the trailers by, so we called and secured the truck your asking about. The worst part was when we drove by the location in victor where I originally reserved the truck, It WAS THERE with. big sign in the window RENT ME, so I could of picked it up!!!! You guys are a JOKE. I will only use you when their is no other options! (and tell everyone that will listen the same thing)!! So JR towing is awesome, but your not, simple as that. When people count on you, and then we pay for labor, hearing this happens all the time is just ridicules...
