Equipment was not available that I requested but was charged the same price for a smaller truck . Very disappointing customer service. Had to make 2 trips instead of a one way trip ! Doubtful I will use U-Haul again . Do not recommend.
Jackie FYou need to look into the automated system that flags vehicle for inspection prior to rental. This system caused me a nightmare.
Richard BThe U-Haul was filthy. The passenger door would not open from the outside. The location did not complete a walk through with me. I was never sent a text that customer service swears was sent to me. I am a very organized and thorough person. I follow directions to the letter! I will never use U-haul again! This was way too expensive and customer care treated me very rudely.
Cheryl JWhere I took my U-Haul back to this location in Monticello. They were very rude when I got somebody’s attention and then they took additional money off my debit card without calling and letting me know anything would not use this location again.
lisa cService at this location was very nice clean location the U- haul unit was clean inside and out, would recommend get the maintenance done better/ regularly. Did experience some issues with the U- haul itself! And did not have hand trucks or tie down straps for moving.

Roger DThe guy at the counter did not know what to do. He had to call someone else for help. He asked me where I was returning truck even though it was in my reservation. I think he changed my return address - he said he put customer can choose return location. Not sure if I returned truck to correct location.
tiffini sI believe I got screwed by U- Haul I rented a ten foot truck for a day, however I returned it five hours later and still was charged for a whole day. I used 63 miles did not want insurance but ended paying $100 odd dollars. The person said I would pay $19.99 for the 10 foot truck plus mileage however when I returned it five hours later they charge me over a hundred dollars.

ARLANDOS GMade reservations online but still took over 30 minutes to get the order processed. Had no one to connect the trailer and was told I’d need to do it myself. Could not print my paperwork, did not receive a text or email.
