Michael GI did not realize it until I loaded the trailer but the drivers side tire was low with air. It was low with air when I dropped the trailer off on Tuesday the 15th and told the guys that it may have a slow leak. Also I was originally quoted a fee of $463 for the one way rental from Trey in CT when I personally reserved the trailer 2 weeks prior the pickup date. I did not look at the receipt until the next day (Sunday) and realized the quote was not honored at $463 but was $560. I called on Monday and Tuesday spoke with Kevin and have yet to hear back from Trey Mgt on the cost difference. David 203-979-4060 Thank You!

Hugo VPlace dark (I would add movement-activated lights), and very isolated. If the driver/renter is a lone woman or someone that might not feel secure for some reason, not the best place to return after hours.

MARYLOU BI've used Uhaul a lot in the past (mainly in NYC) and it typically is an unpleasant experience. I had an amazing experience. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Quick. Truck was clean. Very pleased. Would definitely rent from them again.

Rocco NThe location was difficult to find (street address on GPS is not the actual location) and there are no signs directing you to the location. I ended up having to return a second time during normal business hours to drop off the truck.
