DAVID MARTHENZEThe Truck had a check enginer light on the minute we pulled out of the parking lot at the U haul deal. The steering was wobbly and seemed unsafe. There is no way we would recommend anyone to rent from this place. This 10 foot u haul truck needs serious maintenance. Should not be on the road.

Steve GundersonMade the reservation over a week ago for a 15' truck. Location got moved, which was ok. Show up to pick up the truck and they only has a 26' truck. I had no other option but to take the 26' for the increased price even though I had reserved a 15' well in advance. I am not happy this happened and no compensation was made for your mistake. I will think twice about using your services again.

Michael TuricikJDL did everything great!! I am a retired single woman and with their help my move went off without a hitch. The truck was there as promised (I've had other experiences), the rental paperwork was easy to complete, and in less than 10 minutes we, me and the driver, were out the door!! Thank you JDL and staff!!!
SUSAN THORSONAfter renting trailer I was told to go and hook it up and drive to office so they could check connections. I was by myself so nobody to guide me to connect trailer up. This took around 20 min. Of screwing around to get it on the trailer hitch. Disappointing, frustrating and time consuming. Then had to clean the 12" of snow on the open trailer from storm prior to rental. Otherwise nice place of business. Bring 2nd person to help guide to trailer hitch. Thanks

DAVID MARTHENZEHave vehicle ready to go. Vehicle was stuck had to take bigger truck. Whoever used the truck last had a white pet and there was hair in cab. Truck wasn't swept out. Have more than one person working as this is also a vehicle sales lot. When returning truck waited 25 minutes while she did all paper work with another customer who was purchasing a vehicle only to be told just leave the key and go. Two other people came in waited five to ten minutes and left because there was a line. More personnel needed. Lot was solid ice and had to walk through entire lot numerous times because of the truck issues Dangerous, salt the lot. Safety first.

DAVID MARTHENZEThe battery was died on the uhaul got it started had to put gas in it right away. Than couldn’t start it again cause of the battery. Called road side assistance and was advised to just jump start it our shelves everytime cause they had no one to come out during the holidays. Plus we where on a time crunch with the movers to have it.

Morgan NavisThe check in process needs to actually save time. If I complete checkin online I shouldn’t have to do more stuff at the office. Perhaps better instructions at online checkin. For example, I didn’t know I could upload my drivers license.
Scott DaughertyNot related to the location. But the uhaul organization specifically. Reservation was cancelled within 2 hours. Something came up the morning i was scheduled to pickup. When i arrived we had to redo the reservation. Luckily trailer was still available, would have been screwed if it was not.

David MarthenzeThis is the worst experience I've ever had with u-haul took 2 and a 1/2 hours to pick up the vehicle because the app wouldn't work and another hour wasted trying to return never did get it returned through the app
DuWayne WieckI called earlier in the week before my pick up to confirm everything I was told it would be already for me. When I went to pick up the information was wrong on which lock box to use for the key. The lock box key code was not correct either. I contacted the assistant number provided by the website. They helped and had to get me the new lock code password. Once I got the key it was not correct for my reservation number. I had to call assistant again. To change my reservation number to match what key number I had. Over and hour of messing around and being on the phone I was finally off to my move.
