Well I wanted to rent the tow dolly one way and bring it back to a local U haul closer to where I was going to be they told me no It has to be brought back here ,so I had to drive another 30 miles out of my way
chris vThe gentleman that helped us with the rental at JJ Construction was great..he was pleasant and knowledgeable about the laws regarding the proper hookup of the tow dolly we rented...I have rented from here before and will again in the future
Chad DI was fraudulently charged an extra day. The owner never showed up for pick up or drop off. I had to text them everything. It caused me to leave late. I rented the trailer for two days, did not want the extra add on, but I was charged for an extra day and the insurance. Per my attachments you can see that I only had the trailer 2 days. You can also see how rude the owner was to me. I will never rent from that location again. I have already posted negative reviews on Yelp, and will be posting more negative reviews on Facebook and through U-Haul.
THOMAS DVery nice guy very professional help me with the trailer and showed me where to put back trailer on my return will be using that location for all my U-Haul rentals.

Ken MDidn't need anyone to be there. Just had to make a phone call to talk to someone and ask where to drop my trailer. Everything else was pretty automatic.

Robert Pparking area was not well lit and i was unsure where to park. I dropped off after hours and due to location, there was no wifi and internet signal was minimal so it was hard to upload the needed items for return.

CHRISTINA LCustomers need to be aware that the UHaul desk is not manned. Unless they know you are coming in, you must call their phone number and they will drive over. This will add 15-20 minutes to your check in process.
wayne tThe seatbelts are a big problem! My daughter couldn't put her seatbelt on because it was way too short. This is a huge safety issue! The truck went through gas way too fast! I put gas into that truck three different times.

Brian MNo one was there when I dropped it off, had to call u hall 3 times after being hung up on transferring me. 45 minutes wasted, also I was charged 125 on my card I don't know if there's a refundable deposit or not. Was hoping there was because I was charged $124 dollars.
ANDREW RWhen I arrived to drop-off my rental for my 9am drop-off time, the u-Haul people weren’t there, the women who works the front desk for JJ Construction had said they just left and I just missed them, which was somewhat not helpful and inconvenient for me because I hadn’t done an online return before. I dropped the key in the Dropbox before starting the online process due to the confusion of not knowing what to do because it was already 9 o’clock and I was concerned of causing any delays that would cause a fee. However, the women at the front desk for JJ Construction was extremely helpful! She was able to unlock the Dropbox for me to get the key so I could turn on the truck to retrieve all the necessary information and pictures needed to complete the online return process. Having a U-Haul representative present when they’re supposed to be would be an improvement.

michael oI booked the UHaul so that k would be able to pick it up before the business opened. That was impossible. I showed up and the UHaul had no keys, and the equipment I booked with the UHaul was not in the truck.

FREDERICK FHad to do self check in building was closed when we got there but it was 10 min before closing and a holiday weekend. Had to do self drop off which wasn’t bad.
WILLIAM MTheir customer service was not very good. It was next to impossible to talk to anyone. No one answers the phone and when we had questions, each time we had to leave multiple messages and calls were not returned. Don’t intend to use them again.
