The battery died while at the destination, thus delaying our timeframe on an already stressful day. All in all I was very disappointed in this experience.

winnie dThis was my 2nd time using this location, first time using the app for truck share. The app was a horrible experience. I wasted almost an hour before I was told by customer service to go to the website on my phone. They were very nice but the time wasted was a hot mess. The truck was not cleaned out it appeared. They were very nice about me keeping it longer that I'd originally requested and it ended up being cheaper for me so for that I was grateful. The parking lot is hell on shocks but overall, the customer service of the lot owners was excellent and if you get that app together, it would be great.

Robert JThe customer service rep was unwelcoming, inattentive, and grumpy. He did not explain the process. I had to ask question regarding mileage and length of rental cost. It snowed a bit the night before and the truck was not cleared of it. I was told to just turn on the wiper. The truck was not pulled to the front and I was told to walk to the back of the lot to get it. There’s a sign that says if you bring the vehicle back unswept there’s a $100+ fee. But the truck floor was full of debris in which I had to clear myself once I got home. Overall, I wouldn’t return to this location.

KEELYANN KI had a great experience with customer service. The only thing I didn’t like about the rental was the mud holes you have to drive through to get the trailer. I rented my next trailer at another place because of this. Needs a lot of improvements to the place where trailers are stored.

LUIS JAlthough the equipment had a problem, it was toyed away to the head office to be fixed, and for 4 to 5 days it was still showing that I had not returned it. And I was charged for more than 1day. Please rectify this situation so that it will not occur again. Thank you.
ADA OTry to make sure trucks are little more clean where you sit inside the truck. However, I will say I arrived right after trucks were returned and I needed a truck right away. Overall, it was a good experience and I would use their service again.

Robert HDo not use the UHaul mobile app. It will not find you even as you stand in the freezing cold net to the truck. When you go to uhaul.com, you will have to reenter 100% of everything you uploaded to make the reservation, and then have to get customer support to hand jam it through. This process took over 30 minutes while shivering in the sub-freeing temps whie it should have taken less than a minute to use an app that works. This is on UHaul itself, not the franchisee. The franchisee was very polite on the phone when I asked if I could pick it up using the mobile app (which didn't work as it turned out). The lock-boxes have no instructions and are difficult to grasp the tiny knob, especially in the freezing cold. Instructions somewhere on the box would have been nice. It would also have been nice to not have the truck parked in mud. The windows on the truck were rolled down just enough to let noise in. It's as if someone purposely lowered them just to that point as it wasn't visible at all or noticeable until on the highway. The truck was however clean and comfortable and the radio had Bluetooth, which was nice. It was well maintained and got decent fuel economy (10mpg).

Chris HI had to do this reservation and pickup at this location as the office was closed when I picked it up and when I returned the truck. On each leg of the rental, it was time consuming to ensure all the steps were done properly. Still it was done and everything worked out in the end. The front steps leading to this office are in need of repairs. Not well lit up and even with a pole lamp between the gas station and the JK2Auto office, it is not safe during periods of darkness.

LUIS JThe self check-in process was quite glitchy, so I had to get customer support three times. It took over 30 minutes. Next time, I would go to a location that has longer service hours, so a 9 a.m. pickup could be done with a human.
Cheryl COur truck was ready to go with enough gas to get us through our move. The proprietor was friendly and got us on the road quickly. We will use this service and this location again, should we need to move.
