Facility not open when we dropped off truck.
Harold EWas given a location, then it changed without notification. Went to the original location, not even a location. Went to the new location, no one was there, no lock box and no idea what to do.

Rebeckah GThe day it was rented they said they opened at 9:00am and no one showed up until 9:30am. You could never get anyone on the phone number listed outside the building. Thank goodness there was a phone number on the rental contract. Nobody was even there when the uhaul was returned.
