NOT ONLY DID MY RESERVATION GET CHANGED TO ANOTHER CITY 32 MILES OUT OF MY WAY WITHOUT MY PERMISSION THE DAY BEFORE MY MOVE BUT THE U-Haul AGENT WAS 30 MINUTES LATE CAUSING ME TO LOSE THE HELP I HAD HIRED TO HELP US MOVE. THE AGENT WAS RUDE, SLOW & DID NOT DO A WALK AROUND OF THE TRUCK. ADDITIONALLY THE “LADY” AT 913-800-4356 THAT CALLED TO CHANGE MY RESERVATION (again without my permission) WAS RUDE, SHORT & DISRESPECTFUL!! Idk what her name was because she was so rude she wouldn’t repeat it!! I PAID ENTIRELY TOO MUCH MONEY FOR SUCH POOR SERVICE!!! Oh and the owner is a despicable hateful old man. John Wallace needs to retire permanently

Kasey WrightThe gentlemen working this location are deaf. It would be nice to have someone who speaks and/or can interpret in person for better communication. Not everyone knows ASL, and they do not do well at answering questions or explaining differences in things like what protection packages are offered. Also, their inventory is kind of hap-hazzardly parked. For anyone inexperienced, it is daunting and difficult if you're picking up a trailer. They do not bring it up to your vehicle, you have to drive around their lot, hope there's room, and dodge oddly parked vehicles. Very stressful. Add to that someone who does not speak well, and it's a recipe for disaster. Please understand this is NOT about the people being deaf. It is strictly about the difficulty and stress that came about from my experience.

Savannah WilliamsThey were really nice, helpful to their customers in Iola. Uhaul scheduling service didn’t do well to help balance their work load though that day, so they were slammed. We waited over 2 hours to get my receipt and get my car loaded onto the auto transport. Needed better instruction to remind customer to not only double check hitch, hitch chains, and front tires but to remind customers at every stop to check the Chain in back under the vehicle. Mine came loose some how & was dangling at end of trip from Iola to Dallas. Thankful the car stayed on the trailer and didn’t bounce around too much.
Alyssa RogersWhen the scheduled drop Off time is 6 am that’s when I am dropping off. Getting charged an after hour fee dropping off when scheduled is bullshit it’s not my fault that the location is not open yet that a uhaul scheduling problem.

Robert MurphyI had to pick up the rental at a distant location. Although I was given free miles for that part of the trip I was still out for my extra time and fuel. And I had little advance notice to make adjustments. I know that you have issues with repairs, delays, movement, and etc. I’m not sure what else you could/should have done differently. Just stating my issue. I also did not get the pads I requested and had to visit several other uhaul reps to find some.

STEVEN GREENThe strap was broken on the auto transport when we arrived to use it. If we hadn't asked for directions on how to hook it up we wouldn't have noticed it until we got it back to our home 30 minutes away and then would have had to drive back again! Apparently it was not inspected when it was delivered to them which caused us to have to drive the truck an hour and half in the opposite direction to pick up the closest auto transport available. This location needs better customer service!!

LEXUS BALLThe guy who took care us, was deaf and it am not against deaf but there could have been a sign stating a deaf person works here so it wouldn't be a weird interaction and it would have been more prepared. Also, he forgot the blankets in paid for. Really not a good location to have a haul but it worked.
Amber ParisonThe agent did not know anything about my contract or the equipment. The ratchets on the car transport were almost unworkable. The appliance dolly I asked for was not in the truck. The gas tank was not full.
