Very convenient for me to return this tow dolly and it was very close to home and on my way to work !!

Location had several dogs roaming around loose. One of which continuously bit at and jumped up on me. Could definitely be a problem for an older person or if someone came in with a younger child. Also, I was charged for 2 rental days. However, I only had the truck for about 6 hours (9:30 am - 3:30 pm).

The people who work at Jacks Mini Storage were very helpful. Although they were closed, someone still showed up in order to help with the MANY problems I had from UHaul. The mobile check in should not be an option at this location. We tried it on 3 different phones and it didn't work. I walked the whole property and even into the middle of the highway and it said every time that I was not at the location. I also had to wait over an hour on the phone with UHaul just to get help with opening my UHaul and when I finally got it open, the dolly and furniture pads that I had already paid for, weren't in the truck. So then I got sent to a different location in Florence to get a dolly, but of course UHaul had not called them to notify so they were kind enough to let me borrow one, but I could only use it until 4 pm which at this point I was so delayed in my entire move that I had to use what I could. But this meant I then had to figure out arrangements for a dolly in Haze Green for when I had to unload my stuff.
