Stephanie SI booked 20’ truck in one place and at the end they asked to get from other location, as they don’t have 20’ truck at their location . I was fine for that. When I went to pickup the truck, website was down, has to wait for longtime to book it. No issues with office personal or truck. It’s with your website’s checkin process. Later I got a drop location at one place. Once I went there to drop off, they did not accept truck at that place , I forced to talk to Helpdesk and got other drop off location and then dropped. I did not expect this type of experience with u-haul
CHANDRASEKHAR ALot was a mess. Both in appearance, safe lighting and the condition of the muddy pothole laden lot. The main business is apparently fuel oil delivery and their heavy trucks have destroyed the lot. Also, we felt unsafe on the lot. As the self check in includes close inspection of damage and photos, it's hardly a fast Avis rental experience. We needed to be on the lot longer simply due to the standard U-Haul self checkout and check-in. All the while we were uncomfortable and the drive on and off the premises was dicey for narrow thruways and mud pits. We were concerned that the truck would get stuck in the mud. Never again at this location.

David RLocation was dirty filled with junk and employee was rude as well. Gave me a truck with mud in it and had us hook up a trailer in the mud instead of the trailer that was easy to access and not in the mud. Truck pulled to left whole ride and had major bump steer as well as belt making a racket.
MARK WNo mask wearing in the store even though we are under a mandate. Location was dirty and cluttered. The truck smelled terribly but was in overall ok condition.

RICHARD GI never received the equipment I rented, I have let them know twice in the only places possible that I have found. They charged me for it regardless and have not responded or refunded me.

Albert CMake sure customer is aware of procedure for after hours returns. The service and check in procedure was AWESOME!! So quick and easy. Will definitely use this location again!
TRACEY SDrop off location was kind of cluttered with no real direction. Definitely a mom and pop kind of place. Also there was no signage to indicate that the location is a uhaul dealer.
