Requiring customers to exit the lobby while the attendant gets vehicles is not customer friendly. Especially in the rain and the cold.

The process could be a tad bit shorter, seems like it takes about half an hour just to get out the door, but somewhat understandable given the steps taken to make sure customers are responsible enough to rent the equipment.

Nobody was there for me to drop it off the first time I came. I found out later they were closed. I then was charged for returning it late. I should have went with Penske.

Prior to renting with uhaul, I called to inquire about renting a truck for 1-2 days because I knew I didn’t need 5 days and didn’t want to pay for days I didn’t need. I was reassured by several uhaul agents that if I returned the truck earlier I’d be reimbursed for the days I didn’t use. However when I actually returned the truck after using it for a day, I’m told that uhaul doesn’t do reimbursement for unused days and the rental is by mileage not days!! But that’s not what was promised to me when I called numerous times to ask. And their recording says they honor their promises, but now they are stalling and trying to avoid returning my money, as was promised. This has been the worst experience with uhaul and I’d sooner walking while carrying items like a beast of burden before I ever do business with uhaul again. They are disorganized, confused, and everyone talks about this or that being company policy but they’re all saying different, contradictory things and nobody knows anything for real. I’m still waiting on the reimbursement I was promised by multiple agents.

Provide customer service training to the lady at the front desk. She literally screamed at me and my young child to tell us that she was on lunch. Then five minutes later repeated her same action to a separate customer. Perhaps she was just having a bad day? It’s possible but still think this location would be rated higher with some better customer service.

What is an environmental fee if all vehicles have catalytic converters... (2.00) From my understanding uhaul in town rental rates are 20$ flat rate.
