Be sure the Truck has been cleaned. The cab was dusty and dirty and the box of the truck had layerd dirt and other material in it. Looked like someone transported trash. Also the webb site was note working correctly and all the people we talked with agreed it was a problem. But all the people we had contact with were polite and helpful. The equipement itself was excellent.

They worked with me for picking up on a Sunday which was nice, but they did not supply both the dollies and the blankets I had paid for. I then needed to contact uhaul and arrange a pick up of the equipment. This caused my 9 am pick up to take me until 11 am to get started packing.

Have the equipment needed available closer. We had to drive 30 minutes further north from another U-Haul Dealer to get a car dolly, and that dolly had one fender duct taped together. The duct tape ripped loose part way thru the trip and I had to buy a roll of tape to fix it.

Have a truck at the location I selected and at the time I selected. Not the end of the world, but I was a bit confused as to why the website has me pick a location and a pickup time, when none of that mattered on the day of the pickup. I was offered a location 25 min away, an hour later than requested. This is not a site specific issue however. I had thought that by reserving a truck a week or more in advance, that UHaul would have coordinated a pickup at the location closest to me. Again, not the end of the world, and I would use UHaul again, just some feedback on something that was a bit disappointing.

The trailer and dolly worked out perfectly for us to deliver our new refrigerator to our lake house and then bring back the old frig. The trailer was sturdy, in good condition and we loved the spring-loaded tailgate. It was easier on the back and muscles!

Update the blanket order system. It say there is 12 to a package, but there are 6 to a package.

I turned in the rental on Friday, they are charging me through Sunday. They gave me the wrong trailer, and I had to return it for a different trailer.
