sanja mI spent 20 minutes with the person there who kept claiming I did not have a reservation in the system even though I showed him my reservation email. He called someone for technical assistance and still could not figure it out. He told me I had to book again for some reason so I did and then he still spent a long time trying to figure this out. To add to the trouble, my license was expired and I hadn't received my new one. He would not accept that I renewed online and had a receipt. I had to call a friend who was helping me move so we could put it under his name instead. Even then he asked for my friend's id and phone number 3 times, then for some reason his father's name and contact (who wasn't there) then my name and contact and for some reason my wife's name and contact (who wasn't even there either). I spent nearly 2 hours at this location trying to get this reservation resolved. There is no way I will ever use your piece of shit service again.

BHAWANJOTSINGH SI was made to wait half hour as they didn't know where the vehicle was at first. Then advised the peron who has the vehicle apparently said they were stuck in traffic then stopped answering calls. I had a time slot booked at the new condo and this was a major inconvenience. I thought there was a reservation guarantee. This is the only reason I used uhaul
Arulpiragas UVehicle had major issues. It wasn’t cleaned/disinfected. Pickup took longer than expected. Had major issue with braking. Upon breaking the van would wobble. Lastly, contract wasn’t closed for 24 hrs after I dropped the vehicle.

Manpreet KI applied a $55 Uhaul credit when I booked the van and it said it would be applied, but this is not reflected on my bill. In fact I do not understand my bill, The total charge is about right (I did 142 KM at $0.49 and added the $15 coverage, and the $19.95 which is about the total, but the bill has totally different items on it). I dont object to the total, but I would like the $55 credit which I applied when I booked it.
