I had nothing but problems getting the uhaule to guy running it was rude and they didn’t have any of the equipment I paid extra for I will not be using a U-Haul anymore I will find a different company for now on

Location was a disaster. There is no sign and you can't tell at all this is a uhaul drop location. I had to call and thank goodness someone answered. Only indication is a small drop box on a shed. Please have a sign out by the road as the address listed here is for the personal residence and not the drop location.

There was oil in the compartment between the seats which we called and reported it immediately so it could not be blamed on us. Only issue we had with the truck.

Make sure the equipment is available when they say. Or give a better incentive to customer when they have this type of problem at the locations. We went to THREE DIFFERENT locations just to get what was promised.

The owner was super helpful, But everything was handled over the phone. For me it was not good. Very the web site for reporting my return would not work.

Middle of nowhere, no cell service which made it difficult for the mobile pick up

Truck has a transmission slip and the place where the key was to be picked up had either grease or soft asphalt which ended up on my shoes and got tracked onto carpet of house I was selling. Area surrounding key pickup point should be clear and have a hard surface so such things can't happen.

This is a garden shed in a gravel parking lot which Google maps can’t even find! No one there at all, and a very small sign. We would have never found it at all if someone hadn’t returned a large Uhaul there. On the good side, they did promptly process our return.

Make sure the people that run the locations are available if issues with the trucks arise and that they throughly check them before saying they are okay to use.

The owner was very very kind, friendly and accommodating. The pick up location was not the issue. U-Haul and there lack of product location knowledge and lack of accommodation and accountability. This location was the 2nd one I had to go to. The 1st place I had reserved for in person pick up had no one there and I was unable to pick up the U-Haul truck. I then had to wait over an hour to speak to a customer service representative and secure a new location. The representative was not very accommodating and made me go all the way to a different county to obtain a truck only to find out that there was a closer location even though I was told there wasn’t. I was informed I would receive a credit of $50 and an additional 30 miles. I received the mileage how we my prepaid bill was never adjusted.

This location came in a pinch for my move as everything else was booked. The customers before me smoked in the vehicle and there was ashes everywhere that was my only complaint.

Make sure the key is where it’s supposed to be. Make sure the equipment is in the truck that was ordered.

It was an off-site location in a gravel lot. At the time I was there to pick up the truck, there was a construction crew in the lot and had to wait for them to move out of the way. No personnel to go over the truck with me. Everything was by phone, text and email.

Should have a kittle office to rent one on one. Should get a paper receit after renting. Did not like doing business over the phone.
