Colin ONeillNot happy about the fuel surcharge. I drove less than 8 miles. The needle did not move yet the guy charged me 20 dollars. Wont use the location again and will write bad reviews of the location. Also wont even consider using as mechanic because of his willingness to rip me off.
RONALD THACKERThis truck was very OLD & smelly. I'm a 65yr old woman who doesn't know anything about vehicles, but it sounded like the transmission was going to drop!! In the long run, it got me to where I was moving to and it was super easy to return because it was about a mile from my home I moved from. And the man who processed the truck for me was super nice.
Marjorie DunnPick up and drop off were great. Truck was clean. But, it rode like it had no suspension. Maybe that's just how the 26' trucks roll. It only had 27,000 miles on it.

MICHELLE HAHNTruck was not well maintained. A wheel bearing broke, which made the breaks ineffective and we were stuck on a mountain pass for 6 hours before Uhaul would finally get a tow truck to us. Never again will I rent from UHaul.
Gregory HofmannWhen we picked up our U-Haul truck, the back hatch was frozen shut, would not open. Because the business was closed, we had to drive the truck to our home to get a crowbar to pry it free of the ice. This resulted in lost time, and also more miles driven and a higher bill at the end. It would be good in the winter if the back gates could be chekced to make sure they open freely before the customer arrives.

TOM FLUGI rented the trailer with a pickup time of noon. I got there at 12:15 and they asked if I could come back when they were done eating. I didn't want to make a fuss so I came back at 1:00PM. A customer should not be put in that position. If they can't accommodate a noon hour pickup, it should not be available to select.
