Aurelio HDon't call me saying I didn't return the truck and sending me messages about the return of the truck for being late on the return when I had return the truck 2 days ago and to send messages about what the charges I could face when it was your worker mistake at the drop off location them got charge 16 dollar extra for over mileage I quess when the truck from Hempstead ny to copiaque ny to to pickup the stuff to drive to Allentown on truck road was way over the mileage yaa gave me which it doesn't make sense because that was 22 miles plus 138 and they only gave me 146
Jiovanni NOpen on quarts whim it seems not by any hours, had to redo reservation there at his options and with a different truck then uhaul assigned me.

Then it changed to 7hr i had to ruch then i was charged 63$ and i don't know for what because i did not get a recite

Mekola SNot sure what they are trying to pull off but the mileage when I pick the truck up was 90583 and when I dropped it off it was 90600. My invoice came stating I drove 32 miles and the odometer reading is not accurate to what it actually is. Also there was multiple empty bottles left in the truck.

Mario CEverything went well. The only complaint is that I was way overcharged. I started with 76646 and ended with 76689. The place I was going back and forth twice was only 4.6 miles. But because the automated system had 76584 in the preform before leaving in it and the place literally closed when I left. I couldn't change it. It told me to contact the place. Which was closed. I ended up paying as if I drove it 100 miles. Which was actually like 20. Way over paid. Please check everything before leaving.
wilfredo RI booked a Uhaul and then got a call that it wasn't available at the location I booked. Unsure why the system would let me book it when it wasn't available. I had to drive further to get what I needed, which is then extra money because of mileage.

Eurys Sfirst of all, i booked a 15' truck but just because I reached the location to pick it a couple of hours late, my reservation was canceled. I got no phone call or text from uhaul before cancelling my reservation. uhaul must have checked with me first. and the 10' truck that I took was in a pretty rough shape. also I was charged total 80usd for a 10' truck with around 40 miles driven. that really seems expensive for this deal.

Antoine EThe location was easy to find. But I rented a uhaul 2 days in a row. First day I got a 9 ft cargo van. That was GREAT LOVED IT PERFECT!!. Second time not so great tried to rent the Same truck but they didn't have it available so I REGRETTABLY rented the 15 ft what a mistake!! It was dirty! Drove horrible , the fuel level and odometer were WAY OFF. Plus when I did the contact free 24/7 rental both time the second time I had to go in and wait in line for something I easily did on the website the previous day. He even tried to overcharge me !

Michael BTruck selected was double booked. As I was checking in and after the app had me confirm the truck number. Someone drive off with it. The app was hung up waiting for the app to confirm my secondary contacts. We made the secondary truck work, but it was smaller and not everything fit. Would not recommend the app for booking trucks. Had I gone in when I arrived, which was before the other individual I would have had the truck.
Megan CWhen I picked up my truck, there was trash from the previous person inside. In the cup holder I found a used face mask, and a paper towel. Wedged In between the middle and passenger seats there was an empty water bottle. I removed the garbage as to not incur an additional fee with my own rental.

Robert SI have a little difficulty with online check in having issues with how to pick up the truck secondly before returning there is a couple instructions that was not mentioned during the rental process. It’s not a big deal for me but for others probably. My suggestion after confirming rental all instructions should be mentioned that might take a couple minutes and might required a couple picture so the rental person is aware. Over all I’m satisfied with the returning process because a couple picture that was taken give you a peace of mind it’s like a DIY process.
Dominick AI was told that I would pick up at one location when I reserved the trailer. The night before I got a phone call that I had to go to another location and the pick up time was different. The reason was that the first locations trailer was broken. This change was made difficult as it’s was farther away and 1 and 1/2 he earlier. The trailer should have been driven to the set upon location. This had no issue with this location!

miguel vThings left over in the van made me doubt it was properly cleaned beforehand. Somehow the odometer read I traveled a whole 60 miles within the city when I live only 10 miles between my destination. The tire pressure on one tire was low. Not coming back here when I have to go through the stress of both moving and now dealing with overcharges on a rental van.
Noelle FI don't appreciate being charged for extra miles that I don't have proof of when all the truck did was go from one shop to my home to the shop to get my car and the to the apartment in Allentown then straight to drop off destination. Especially when I put $30.00 off gas in the truck and have the receipt to prove it, BECAUSE I KNOW ABOUT VEHICLES IN THE WINTER, NO GAS IN IT WILL FREEZE THE GAS LINE! IN TOP OF IT WHEN I SPOKE TO THE MAN HE WAS VERY RUDE! I ALWAYS USE U HAUL, BUT THIS IS MY LAST TIME, I WILL USE A DIFFERENT COMPANY FROM HERE ON OUT. YOUS WANTED YOUR EXTRA MILEAGE MONEY, THEN I WANT MY EXTRA GAS MONEY I PUT IN SINCE WHEN I GOT THE TRUCK IT WAS AT 1/8 OF GAS AND I LEFT IT AT A HALF OF TANK. I TAKE CAR OF MY CARS.... SO YES, THAT'S A HABIT. BUT YOUR GONNA RIP ME OFF, I WANT MY GAS MONEY BACK! AND I WILL CONTINUE TO BUG YOU EVERY DAY UNTIL I GET MY MONEY BACK. TRYING TO BE NICE CAUSE THAT'S WHO I AM, NEVER AGAIN! I EXPECT A REFUND OF $20.00 IN MY ACCOUNT. I DIDN'T COMPAIN ABOUT THE FOOD UNDER THE SEATS, BUT I'M COMPLAINING ABOUT MY EXTRA MONEY I PUT IN THAT GAS. EXTRA MILES MY ASS, THEY CALCULATED WRONG, NOT ME, I SAID ALLENTOWN, THEY DIDN'T ASK ME WHAT ADDRESS I WAS GOING TO! SO HOW THEY COME UP WITH THE CALCULATIONS ANYWAY. SO... UNTIL I GET REIMBURSED FOR MY GAS, YOU WILL HERE FROM ME EVERY DAY.

Suzanne VWorst experience with U-Haul I have ever had. It has been over a month now and I still have not gotten any remedy to this experience. I have been trying to talk to a guy named Clay Breece but he will not respond at this point and will not call even though I have requested him to call me numerous times. I am still waiting for someone to call me about this terrible customer service experience.
