Customer service was very poor. The old lady was on a long lunch break run and she asked the customers to give her time to eat her lunch when they been waiting for 45 minutes at the location.
SIDNEY II returned the truck after 5:00. No one was around. I did not see a drop box for keys, so I left in seat of truck.

Shonda HWhen I walked in the lady was smoking a cigarette and the tiny office that she was in was unbearable to breath in. She looked at me and just kept smoking her cigarette. I have severe asthma and this was very inappropriate and disrespectful to others. Will not use this location again unless I have no other options.

Pamala HShe tried to help me out with the problems I had picking up equipment. Said I corporate would have to make it right. I drove from Huntersville to Mooresville two times and then told to drive to Concord to get it. 3.5 hours and over 100 miles. Not what I expected.

Joseph TCharged for an appliance dolly that is in the back of the trailer and told “well I didn’t know it was in there” Even though it says on the contract. Doesn’t the trailer get inspected after delivery for damages and to make sure it’s clean?! Delivery site even Went and looked to verify that it is in the back of the trailer. Then the charges were not reversed and was told- you need to contact the place you rented it from even though the charges came from the drop off facility. Like what?!!

Mara Jmy reservation, made 2 weeks early, was for a 20' truck. Just a few days before my day, someone from a neighboring u-haul came and took the only 20' truck from the lot, though they had no renter at the time. They then rented it out from under me the day before. I ended up with a 26', larger and more awkward. What is the good of a reservation when your organization does not honor it?
