Liz WDollys that were ordered were not available at pick up location. I was not notified of this until pick up. Please don't offer equipment that is not available or at least notify customers when this is the case. Other than that, great experience.

Robert AThe cargo van had a side door they said they had fixed from not closing. Then they found it wouldn’t open. It opened on the trip, two technicians tried to fix it, there was no cargo van to switch to so they winched the door closed. It took 20 hours to resolve. The people at the pick up location were nice as were the technicians. Corporate who were the ones I communicated with seemed confused and different people were asking different questions with multiple requests for duplicate information

Chad AIt was a Sunday drop off. Business was closed. I had to return my rental on my phone in the rain.
Mark mThis was an Easy In and Out Location, Just off Highway 70 (near the airport. Very friendly and helpful. Did not carry the plastic furniture wrap. It could have been ordered to the store but this was a last minute reservation. Return was easy also!

Holly BI happened to reserve the truck for pick up during lunch time. Even though there were other personnel in the building, they could not provide service. I had to wait for the rental person to return from lunch. That is fine if I knew I couldn't pick up during that time. I had to spend time elsewhere and come back after the lunch period. Not a deal breaker but inconvenient for sure.

Deborah DMy original rental location was for Semper Fi Storage in Jacksonville, NC. The ruined the time frame for what was organized and planned for that day. Had to waste 2 1/2 hours trying to contact them and the truck because there was nothing at the location that was confirmed the day before. Their Uhaul privileges should be revoked. I am going online to post how awful they were and your customer service the first 2 times I tried calling.
Myra CJason was a pleasure to work with and although his colleague needed to ring us up over the phone due to a POS issue, we were on the road in no time. I also want to call our Gabbi Ruiz at the Fort Bragg location for helping us find equipment at 9am for a same day, one way pick up to Charlotte, which lead us to Jason at J&S in New Bern at noon. For a stressful time period for our family, UHaul definitely helped alleviate that stress. Thank you!
Brianne EYou don't want to know! Overall, so much worse than the last time when we rented an Uhaul moving our son out. If having a choice, I doubt we would rent from Uhaul again.

Emily CDo not tell customers that location opens at 9am when they are actually in fact closed during the weekend, forcing people to delay their reservation, then bring unprepared for virtual check in which resulted in another hour delay.

Carlos DThe convenience of their pickup and drop off is wonderful. However, the truck I rented was not "clean." It didnt have any trash in it, but its apparent the interior had not been wiped down in any way. Additionally, when I turned on the AC it smelt like stale smoker. I cant tell if someone smoked in the truck itself or if it was just rented by a very heavy smoker but 15minutes after rental my throat began to itch. Now, after using the truck for a full day I have a sore throat and congestion and I know it is from the truck and that smoke air.

Edward TThat check-in process was a bit over the top. I get you need to prevent vandalism, but you got a photo of me plus my drivers license and a credit card. What’s with pestering alternate contacts and the other things. It all seems intrusive.
Christopher KDrop off location was advertised as open on weekends, however when I showed up during business hours they had a sign that read “closed on weekends due to COVID”.
