Extremely crowded with cars to be fixed. No where to drop the truck. I took pictures and checked out online to make sure I'm not blamed for any damage or negligence because of the crowdedness at this location.

The employees at this location did not wear masks. One of the workers drove my van up to me with no mask, no gloves and did not wipe down the inside of the car. It might be good to remind them that we're are in the middle of a pandemic and that Glendale is a Covid-19 hotspot.

Guy cornered me to get insurance then charged me $7 for gas for an 11 mile trip without telling me I would have to pay for gas afterwards. I had also made my initial reservation with option for no insurance. Paid $50 for an 11 mile trip that took me about an hr and 15mins to complete. F'-in rip off. Never using uhaul again. The $20-$25 quote somehow turned into $51. Uhaul? More like Upay

I WOULD RECOMMEND THE BUSINESS ITSELF THE LOCATIONS USED, BUT NOT DIRECTLY UHAUL CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANCE. MESSED UP MY ONLINE RESERVATIO. THEY CANCELLED IT WITHOUT TALKING TO ME FIRST. NO NOTES, CALLED ME IN THE MIDDLE OF MY MOVE. AND WERE NOT UNDERSTANDING ABOUIT IT. I AM VERY DISAPOINTED. I WILL NEVER USE UHAUL AGAIN. AND WILL NOT BE RECOMMEMDING IT TO FRIENDS.

We asked for the self service pick up and drop off and this location was not possible to do it ourselves. We also reserved a utility dolly and they gave us a four wheel furniture dolly instead.

I rated the location 'Average', because it was a car repair shop who also rented out Uhaul trucks. I was driving to the location & passed the truck on the street that I would eventually rent. I guessed they had the truck driven over from another location for me. When I entered the office there were two men behind the Desk with computers. One was on the phone and the other did not look up. I stood there for a moment or two to see if he would acknowledge me. He didn't. I was the only Customer in the office. I then asked him if he could help me. He said yes and I proceeded to tell him that I had called the location at Brand & Los Feliz for a truck....then the man on the phone stepped in and said he would help me. I explained I had ordered the truck & made my payment over the phone & then I gave him the reference number to look up. He explained that the reference number I was given could not be used to look up my phone order on his computer. He set up a new order and I made, what in my mind was another payment. He said I wouldn't be charged twice. We'll see. When I went out to the truck an employee passed me before I got to the truck & said as he was passing that he had turned on the air conditioner for me. I realize trucks are usually ordered by men who may not need the introduction to a new vehicle, but for a women I was surprised there was none. The truck ran great, was comfortable & clean. Also, should mention the man at the Brand & Los Feliz location who I spoke to on the phone. I told him what I needed. He asked for my credit card #, punched away on the computer and told me it would be ready at 4:00pm. I was calling between 10:30 - 11:00am. He never asked me when I needed it. I told him that wouldn't work I need it now. That's when he changed the location to 601 S Glendale Ave to pick up the truck, as they apparently didn't have the truck at the first location. Funny I passed the truck coming from the first location. :-)

This is an auto repair place that also rents uhauls. The service was fine but not their primary business. I would have preferred to work with a place that only dealt with uhaul.

These folks were great - but because they were the smaller location in the community - I had to make a second stop for some boxes and supplies to the other Uhaul location (which was much busier).

The website offers the option to attach supplies to the order but this location doesn't offer any. If I want to add boxes and blankets to the order I would rather go to a Uhaul location.

The windshield was very dirty and hard to see through while driving. The windshield fluid was out, so it couldn't be cleaned without stopping. The gas level was less than stated when I left. I wish I had noticed before leaving, but I didn't think to check since I was rushed to drive away by the owner (the auto service side was very busy at the time, and he needed to return to it). Even though I only drove a few miles, I had to add $21 worth of gas just to get the level back to where it was supposedly was — in order to not be liable for additional charges.

Car was dusty and dirty inside out. They made me wait for a long time. They put me in the system as 1257pm I believe but I didn't get it for another 20 minutes and when I returned they made me wait and said I was late and it was 115pm next day so they charged me for an extra day

Owner was friendly and I didn't have to wait too long to pick up the van. It was very new and in in good shape. My only suggestion would be to clean the windshield and mirrors prior to pickup.

I'm sure this was an unusual day, but the guy left in charge of renting out trucks had no idea how to do it, so it took a phone call to an off site person and 45 minutes to rent the truck. I also don't understand why this guy had to first help another customer who arrived after me, and this was after trying to send me to another location just because he didn't know what to do or how to find my reservation. It all got resolved in the end, but Jesus. I can't recommend anyone else use this location unless this can be improved.
