Vehicle wasn’t ready. I waited almost an hour for someone to arrive. Returned with 1/4 tank as requested and then charged for fuel. Expect that refunded and some compensation for the wait.

Make the price more reasonable per mile given that the user must pay for gas as well. Give a better estimate of mileage and offer tools without asking

Was told to be there 9:00 am staff came in 9:40 needed furniture handtruck that was not available!

When I arrived for pickup, they told me my reservation was cancelled the day before. I didn't cancel it nor get a call or email from uhaul advising of this so I was very confused. The gentleman there took care of my order and was still able to provide me with a van as requested. He was very nice, he was as confused as me about the reservation. All went well after that

The person noted a scratch on the truck. Since there was nothing about the condition of the truck in the papers of origin, I'm not overjoyed at anyone thinking I did that. I had no accidents and never even close to anything that could have scraped it.

Not only did the rental place lie to my face and on paper about first the fuel in the vehicle, which I had to wipe n clean out the inside of the back left of the trailer, they charged me over by $247!!! They CLAIM their canopy was hit, which it wasn't! And it was already destroyed no further damage than was there when I pulled up!!! It was dark HIS lights where OFF at the shop since he is just a body shop and the owner personally asked me to pull the truck in a rediculously close spot backwards which I refused he said I must park it in front of his building so he can go home and so with his help as I was not comfortable he waved me forward and I heard a slight rub when he then said stop and to reverse, then to stop a few feet back and he said it just rubbed the OLD & TORN all over tiny canopy above the door to the body shop. I apologized he said Dont worry it didn't do any damage and thanked me and I left! TODAY I GET AN EMAIL AND HE STATES I HIT THIS CANOPY AS WELL AS MIASING GAS AND CHARGED ME OVWR 250 dollars ALSO HE LIED AND NOW SAYS THIS HAPPENED TODAY IN ALL SPOTS ON THE ACCIDENT REPORT WHICH IS A FALSE AND CREATED LIE!!!! Please take care of this situation or I will have to take the appropriate steps to reconcile and need to let you as uhaulcustomerresolution that you should cancel his uhaul rental servicing agreements he has NO room to park pull out plus his lies and dishonesty!!!!

The location we were given via email to take our truck back to was not prepared. They said they were not a location that received back vehicles. They said they weren't set up for that.
