These comments have more to do with the person who took my information over the phone for the reservation. The guy at the pickup location was very professional. First, don't setup the pickup location almost an hour from the zip code given over the phone. It would have been easy to confirm the city instead of just picking one at random. Second, when a customer requests a trailer large enough for two motorcycles make sure it can actually hold two motorcycles. Third, your 5'X9' trailers are only 4'8" on the inside. That additional 4" would likely have been enough for me to actually load both bikes even if I had to load one in backwards. In the end we were only able to take one of our motorcycles on our vacation. Kind of ruined some of our plans for the week.JONATHAN K.

The truck was not cleaned, the lady did not make the price clear !! For a 24 hrs 10â€ truck for $20 +1extented day at $20 and we took the truck back full of gas our bill was $310 not including $50 for gas!!! I tried to make arrangements with the UHaul facility I usually use, but they did not have the unit I needed. Another facility was selected by the Uhaul system, but that one did not have what I needed either. The fountain facility had what I needed and, though it was quite a way from where I live, was able to take care of me. There was only 1 person on duty when i arrived to pick up my trailer, but she handled each customer very well..Sandy H.

Staff need to physically inspect vehicles with customers prior to releasing them. I received a call from this location stating that there were damages found on the vehicle I rented when, in fact, there was none - at least not by me. I inspected the vehicle, which was not clean, and took photos to upload. Although the self- inspection link is available, because of this incident, the inspection should be done by both parties to prevent this from happening again.Steven F.

Take pictures of gas meter before driving off, tank was not on full was charged for a whole day only had for 3 hours said they would adjust the fee but should have mentioned was being charged for whole day, didn't tell us that end up spending $600 in people helping us move when they charged us a whole day we could have kept truck they said someone needed the truck clearly drove behind business and was a row of trucks overall they are nice people just make sure you ask questions first misleading on a few things, they can replace combination locks as they are out dated lady stated we got truck at 7:50 yes because directions were not good then application was down 800 number guy told us we would be allowed to have truck for time missed as we were there at 7:15 trying to figure out this app that was not working clearly a uhal problem not ours other then that make sure you have the PokÃ©mon Go app lol you catch a lot there.Chauncey W.

The ride from Colorado to Arkansas was very rough. The passagener Mirror wouldn't stay in place so it made it difficult to see what was behind me and to backup.very bouncy and I wore shorts and my legs stuck to the seats.TERRI S.

This has to do with U-Haul's "contact-less" system. That system is not ideal. My phone and browser had several issues that prevented me from completing it. Luckily, the folks here were able to fix it from their end. However, U-Haul corporate should consider improving this system and process. Consider using a specialized U-Haul app that bypasses phone/browser settings that prevent the current process from functioning as intended.Dale Y.

Don't make people wait an hour for roadside assistance to pick up, have more service technicians available so that people don't have to wait 4 hours for help. Have you're people code that the vehicle is returned on the day it's returned instead of waiting a week so that customers don't get accused of stealing the vehicle. Don't make customers wait on hold for 2 hours before customer service picks up.Leah S.

Our original reservation was NOT what we got. We reserved a 15ft truck and since it was rented the day before and not returned we had to downsize. On top of that, the location we picked up from was not very helpful. The clerk insisted we use self help which was not working. Only after we tried multiple times to use the self service only to have it fail did she agree to help us. So much for a reservation guarantee!EDWARD K.

Got recommended a truck too small for our move , the dude who we picked the uhaul from was ride , did not help us , did not answer for a bigger truck , left us without telling us anything about the truck , gas etc. also the dude tried to charge more to get more money out of us for his own gain. We had to get rid of half our house because of the small uhaul and not being able to get a bigger truck. Then we go to the drop off location to drop the uhaul and tow dolly at and that uhaul place is no longer affiliated with uhaul and then we went to a different location and even though they had a uhaul sign and said they were â€œ going to check us out â€œ they also stated they are not a uhaul and can not contact corporate for us nor give us any kind of receipt to tell us we dropped the equipment off. So when I got frustrated they told me to shut the fuck up. I WILL NEVER USE UHAUL AGAIN NOR RECOMMEND IT TO MY WORAT ENEMY !!! From point A to point B was a shit show !! These third party uhaul a do NOT CARE about uhaul customers. They are running a whole business. Uhaul is just extra income. They could care less. Dude was literally cutting someone's hair and at our drop off location dude was helping other customers and I was just on the side. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE ! NEVER AGAIN ! Go to budget , penske, your own truck. DO NOT go through uhaul.MICHAEL R.
You need to ensure the key drop boxes have deposit slots large enough for the new style key fobs which are larger than normal. I found the larger key does not fit in the current drop slots and had to get creative on how and where to place the key upon the trucks return to ensure it was secure.Russell D.
