It was very difficult to get the key in the drop box. I had to force it in to fit. It was after hours so I couldn't give it to the staff.ANYA MARIE B.
There was less fuel in truck than stated When I returned it I informed the attendant of discrepancies the decided to charge me for 6gal of fuel. So I have chosen alternative vendors and will never use Uhaul in the future as I cannot rely on being treated fairly and not taken advantage of. Look at the mileage, I replace 4 gals they charged me for 6 gals for about 35 mile round trip. Can you say rip-offGregory S.

The truck had a shaking while driving, most likely broken belts in tires, other than that perfectMac M.
A satisfactory experience. I think given the rural area I live, Eaton, I had to choose a location that was out of the way to get the truck size I needed for my move to Syracuse, but that's not a huge deal, just less convenient and a bit more expensive since you pay per mile. More populated areas probably have a greater selection. I used I think a 15' truck. My dad was frustrated using the mobile able to pick up the truck, but he eventually figured it out. Dropping it off was no problem. There was a dolly and furniture pads inside, but we did not use them. A receipt was promptly sent to me so I could see all my charges laid out.Tim S.

I picked up the truck and the hand truck, blankets and dolly were not in the truck. After waiting 45 minutes since the store opened at 9. I had to wait another 15 minutes before I just called into uhaul and j and I sports but no resolution on getting moving tools. I ended up leaving without the tools and expect to be refunded for the tools I rented that was not there. The worst part was the business was to open at 9am and we could see people inside but no one would come out or answer the telephone to resolve this issue. Outside of not having the tools to move easily, I did like the truck share process. David Smith 315-436-7122David S.
When we showed up to pick up the truck at 9 am, we were told the Uhaul person was not in and had to return an hour later. So we were late getting started. We did get the truck stuck and had to call Uhaul, they got on it very quickly, so that was a plus.Penny H.

the location was okay except for the Red Solo Cup taped to the side of the truck. But the remote check-in was virtually impossible. After downloading and redownloading the app which didn't work, I called Uhaul directly once and they gave me a link that didn't work, I called again and they said they couldn't help meRoss T.

The uhaul representative did not come outside and do the walk around the truck with me, and the truck had a cracked windshield and I did not notice it. When I dropped off the truck at the west haven, CT location, Grant did the walk through to check the truck and he noticed the cracked windshield, I explained to him everything that happened at the pick up location and that the person did not do a walk through, and he reported everything to u-haul, and I was fine. Grant did an amazing customer service job. I will never recommend the sherburne, NY location.Jaemy U.

I reserved the truck 2 Weeks ahead and was called 2 days prior and told that they gave the truck to someone else and I would have to drive 25 min away to get a truck. At the 2nd location, Jeffreys, The owner would not wait an extra 15 min for me to get there. The self service app did not work. Cell service was poor at the location. First person I spoke to at U-Haul when I was having issues said if the app didn't work I just coukdn't Get the truck. Luckily the next rep did help me over the phone. A reservation should confirm that a truck will be available.Kevin V.

The truck needed oil and cooling fluid at the first gas stop indicating that it was not checked before it was rented to us. The UHaul representative was very helpful on several occasions, particularly when I could not get the information from UHaul directly who did not respond to my inquiries.Mike M.

Staff was very helpful, but the computer software is tediously slow and complicated, at every U-Haul location I have ever used. No exception here. And this was after using the online check-in and ordering. The online ordering isn't very quick and easy either. Of you have to change something on your order, you are essentially forced to completely repeat the order. So, J&J did great, U-Haul software needs a lot of work.Patrick B.

The person that I spoke to was very pleasant and professional. On the other hand when I made my first reservation with Uhaul the truck never showed up at location. I hired movers spent $320 and no truck that day. I had to wait the next day and had no movers was very disappointed in the way this customer to customer works . Out $320 and was told by management from uhaul that I would get a courtesy credit of $50.00 never did. Very disappointed in how this company does there operation. Bridget SnyderBridget S.

Question 3 is N/A for I was traveling to my destination when I saw that this place had what I needed. I was enroute for almost 2 hrs. when I saw the item in there storeage area. I looked locally first with a radius of 50 miles and couldn't find the item. So I changed plans and proceeded on my way until find it.George B.

OK...I used the 5x9...Tire chuck is a great idea...going 9 foot was another great idea!...I ride a 8 foot 8 inch chopper and it fit perfect. Tie down loops....once again just great!....I pulled it with a Honda Element 4 banger with no issues. Can you make an extension for the ramp? Maybe an add on. I could not load my chopper. It hit the ramp on the frame. I had to use a 2x8 to load it. If you guys can make a 4 foot extension piece that connects to the outside face,,,so when you pull the ramp down it would scissor out like a bi-fold to make it longer and give it LESS steepness/pitch.....Great trailer overall!!!...great price as well.....Thank youCARLOS M.
Vehicle I reserved was not available. I was stuck driving a huge vehicle that was extremely difficult to drive. Your system is really first come, first serve but not advertised that way. When I tried to call the 800 number they told me they could not help me because my address in the system was not what i told them, even though i gave them the reservation number. I asked to speak to a supervisor and the lady hung up on me! I would never recommend U Haul to anybody,. I will only use it again if I have no other options! Worst service I ever received.DAVID Z.
