The trailer had 2 dime sized holes punched through the deck to where daylight was visible. I wasn't made aware of this and discovered after I left the property. I called customer service to report the damage so hopefully the trailer may be repaired or patched.

disgusting and very disappointed service of jim and john , it charge me $21 extra when i drop the u haul and they even didn't inform me properly, now on i won't be ising U haul anymore. it seems like they are hungry for money, seems i get riped off.

I truly feel that the online process has the potential to be great. Directions aren't completely clear on what to do to check the truck out, key location, or order of business. Took me about 30 to 45 mins to get everything done even after doing all the pre pickup stuff like submit license prior to pick up. Since I did online the attendants in the office seemed to not want to be bothered and didn't clarify the process other than to say the online app will tell you what to do. To add insult to injury I reseaved a 10' truck and they gave me a 15' charging me extra when there was a 10' truck parked beside my truck. I told the online lady in chat that the truck I ordered was on the lot, she went silent so I called the number that called me telling me to upload a picture of my face to complete checkout and no one answered. After 5 mins of listening to someone will be with you shortly I hung up and went back to the live chat. After several messages and a hello is anybody there, the agent said she would notate on my account that I got the wrong truck and they will charge me for the 10'. Well needless to say they still charged me for the 15'. As far as the truck, it wasn't clean, I uploaded pictures at checkout so I wouldn't be charged a cleaning fee when the truck already had mud and dirt inside it when I got it.

We were told that we had the truck for a full two days and could return it after hours and no additional charges were disclosed. we were then charged an additional $40 when we dropped it off the night of our second day

I returned my uhaul at 8:30am since it was due at 8:45am. It was inspected and cleared by 8:35am. I received an $82 charge to my card for an additional day. I opened the invoice and J&J Sales and Rental didn't process my return until 9:25am which made it late. I called customer care and they are "looking into it" and will call back in 3 days. Very disappointing and frustrating to get additional charges when moving is already expensive.

This is directly speaking of and to the the field manager, Nicholas Manning: WORST MOVING EXPERIENCE in our 25 years of military service. You CANNOT treat people like you and Uhaul treated us and think we would EVER recommend you (and our opinions and voices are far reaching). We will NEVER use your company again and plan to tell everyone we know exactly how you treated us.

I had a low wheel on passenger side. The straps was so old and worned. The strap on the drivers side was ripped. I was told by the Manager to drive it things was safe. I drove and the tire got a flat. The strap broke. This carelessness could've killed me and my Son.

The location services on the uhaul.com/share does not work. Meself and three others were trying to drop off equipment and none of us were able to get the location to work. It was a huge inconvenience to not be able to drop off the trailer.
