I chose direct check-in, but wasn't able to do it (electronically challenged here). I went in and the rep assisted me without batting an eye. I highly recommend J&R Priority and Vision Multiservices LLC for UHaul rental, but they also have so much more! Thank you for your help!

The truck was finally given to me 4 hours after my original reservation time, which caused great delay for loading and a very late departure from destination. Additional fees were charged by my movers/loaders for waiting over 4 hours to get truck. Additional fees were charged by Uhaul for tolls, even though my personal EZpass was displayed & charged throughout my entire road trip.

I had the worst experience possible with my lease. I am a single mother. My children are 5 and 7 years old. I planned my move ahead of time. I do not have a car. And on Tuesday after I finished packing my house, I picked up my children from school and took an uber to the U haul location closest to my house where I had already made 2 previous reservations. I made the reservation by phone. When I arrive at 5.45pm to pick up my truck, they tell me that I am in the wrong location. The operator made a mistake in making the reservation. It's already night at 6pm due to the time change and I found myself in Boynton Beach without a car or truck and they have no solution for me. as i call claims and walk home with my kids i am told 6 times with stores throughout florida before contacting the claims department. It was already 7pm when they got me a truck in delray beach 6 miles from my house to pick it up at 9pm. I had to take another 25$ uber to get to the truck. Upon arrival I find that the truck is in the back of the business, surrounded by garbage cans and drunk people. The instructions on how to get the key were wrong and it took me almost 1 hour to get them. I got home at 10.30pm, that's 5 hours later than planned and an extra $25 + miles goes into my truck. I started to load the truck but it was so late and I already had so much stress that I couldn't finish. the next day was a nightmare. I had to extend the rental of the truck. another problem. I call and they tell me that there is no problem, but I couldn't find my wallet to make the payment so I said that I would call again. 30 min later when I connect again to pay, they tell me that it is not possible to do it, that the truck was rented and that I must return it at 9 am or that I can try to call at 7.30 am and connect with the timetable department or something like that . another stress. going to sleep exhausted and worried about having to return a truck that has my house full in the morning when I have to go to drop my children off at school. I got it. and pay 2 extra days to avoid having more stress. When I went to return the truck, they sent me an invoice for $200, where they did not discount the $66 that I paid plus the initial $43. And they did not apply the $50 credit they gave me for the bad experience of the first day.

Have a staff that speaks English and know how to check in and out for the Uhaul process. As a customer who reserved a truck in advance and checked in online, I should not have to wait for 40 mins past my reserved time and then speak with a manager over a phone to continue the check in process because the employees have no idea what is going on.

It took over an hour once we got to the location. We had reserved the van last week and they didn’t want to rent it to us. We confirmed the same morning with uhaul customer services and they said we were good to go. The people working in the shop were very rude and difficult to communicate with. I will not be renting from there again.

This location is not suitable or safe for a UHAUL pick up. The price I was charged at the location was different then the quote I received online. I do not have time to call and complain and ask for a refund at this time. I had to call a man from the landline of this location to give my credit card number to him over the phone so I could receive the keys to the truck. He was incredibly rude and everyone in this store/barber shop could hear me read out all of my information. This ‘pick up location’ seems like it will soon be a liability for UHAUL. Organize Key Pick Up. Shouldn’t be that difficult and stressful. The employees were no help besides handing us a phone to talk to the manager who was also no help. 30 minutes later the key was finally HANDED ago us. No dropbox or lock code NOTHING of that was needed.

I want to complain about thia location and to have redund of my money ! That was one of the worst experience ever! When i went there they the ladybin the “office “ told me she doesn’t understand what i am talking ans what i want ! There was an orange box , in which box should be my key ans she should open ! I was waiting 3 hours ans 15 minutes someone to open an give me the key ! And the end she was laughing at me that i was calling customer service and waiting , and the worst- loosing a lot of money ! I don’t recomend this location at all!!!

We booked the van for 9:00 am and the person at the store walked in at 9:15 am with no care that she was late. We booked the van for 4 hours so the owner of the store said that now it’s booked for 3:45 hours which cut into our time instead of adding additional time to our van. We ended up calling uhaul with the complaint and Uhaul worked with us for the time. The place is very unorganized and the front desk girl was still asleep when she arrived late to work. She handed me over the phone so I could do her work to acknowledge the car rental.

very bad location never will go there again. I dint pick this location,I had reservation for another location but next day I got email tat location has been changed by U haul. If vehicle was not present why did it reservation in the first place. The pick up location was very bad experience. The location is only for placing the vehicles. the business is done from some other place. all the formalities had to be done on the phone. I had to give my credit card details over the phone where other 30 people can hear and capture the CC details. Receipt was not given to me after the vehicle was dropped. I asked them the receipt, butt hey said the person who deals with this is not available and can get the receipt later I saw the bill after 1 week which is different than I estimated. The mileage is more than what I have. I had taken the pictures and uploaded to the app. VERY BAD EXPEREINCE. Would suggest everybody not to go to this location UHAUL Please advice what action will be taken regarding my billing question I should be charged for 19.95 + 10.00 + 0.69*51 miles thanks Customer

It was very difficult to get a hold of the representative for that area when I had difficulty completing my order on line both for pick up and return. I did not get my return clearance receipt until 1 week later. No one at the counter could help. They did not know or understand or could help with the process. I was there for over an hour before calling and got any help for pick up of the truck. Will never use that location again.

Couldn’t have been worse. The store didn’t care and just referred me to the website. Long hind times at Uhaul and finally 90 minutes later I got the van. I was supposed to have it for 3 days and returned it in 5 hours. Couldn’t wait to be done with you

The agent was very uncooperative.. it took me 1 hr and 45 minutes to get the key to a truck that was reserved in my name. After getting to the location, I explained to the agent I had a reservation, she would not take a look at the reservation and kept telling me the truck was reserved for another person who was going to pick it up at 1:30... it took me 3 calls to uhaul and her a call to her manager I'm guessing before I could get the key.. the agent even went to get lunch, came back and ate all while I was waiting. She kept telling me to go to a different location to get a truck and she will not give me the truck at her location because its reserved to a man and not in a female name. I was highley upset as I had my 7 month old baby in the car with his dad, hot and frustrated. The customer service at this location is trash. I spent alot of money and wasted time for a truck that I almost never got the key for...very disappointed... however drop to the location in Winter Park was very quick and easy.. some kind of compensation needs to be given for this contract..

The check in process was horrible. It took a half an hour from the time I got there to the time I got my keys. I sent a picture of my license 3 times and they kept saying it wasn’t going thru. I then did the express check in from my phone and it said everything was confirmed and accepted, but they still wouldn’t give me the keys. I ended up being late to get where I needed and almost couldn’t complete the task I got the van for in the first place. Terrible customer service the owner was yelling at me over the phone telling me I was wrong and I couldn’t have the keys, even tho I had proof that everything was approved. It was a nightmare! Completely ghetto would not recommend to anyone. Also, there was a large shard of glass left in the back of the van so clearly they aren’t checking for cleanliness between drivers!!!!

Frightful experience. Clerk was asleep at the counter. Facility was filthy, bug crawling on paperwork. Truck smelled, I needed to wipe it down in order to drive it. Felt like I paid a lot more than I thought I would pay. $19.95 a day plus 19 miles total. Why did I pay $79?

Really bad overall experience. The ladies working the desk were not efficient and I felt that my personal information was at risk. They charged us for an extra day and had the return date completely wrong. There was a language barrier but that doesn't not explain the experience and incorrect charges. Luckily a UHaul customer service rep helped me with my refund.

After I booked my Uhaul rental I went to you site to sign up for the expedited check in/out. I submitted the front and back of my drivers license and the other information it asked for. When I arrived to the location, their computer would not work. The lady at the counter seemed to see me an inconvenience. She called her boss who processed me from wherever he was. My experience from beginning to end it was Horrendous! The U-haul name is not being represented like it should be. The representative was slow, inefficient, rude, and totally disrespectful and not only to me but to my friend who came to pick me up after I dropped the truck off. I will never go back to that location again. I may not even use the U-Haul Services ever again. Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever received. I will be filing a formal complaint.

Office was dirty, People very slow and unprofessional, although I don’t mind other people speaking other languages this should not happen just for respect to others , car was not fully loaded and I returned with extra gas, there was a sharp piece of glass on the side of the driver that almost cut my hand . The person at the counter was not capable for completing the transaction. She tried to charge me an addition $100.00 deposit. I requested to speak to a manager. She called somebody and had to be told how to complete the process. The process took aver 40 minutes. The location was very uncomfortable. There were several other services offered at this location, therefore a very assorted groups of people. I will not use this location again. However the truck was new, the day we were packing it was raining and the roof of the truck leaks. Therefore everything we were packing was getting wet. Defeats the purpose for an enclosed truck.

Personal not on site had to conduct information on phone then said information dropped From computer needed it all over again. When I brought truck back to where I reserved it was told by the owner he was not on the paperwork saying he reserved the truck. Also was told the gas was at 1/4 we filled it up I believe the truck has a 30 gallon tank it took 29.5 gals filled up as soon as we left. Where we dropped off is where we reserved the truck

I guess the woman was new to the uhaul drop off task but she did stop what she was doing to make sure everything was done to her known ability. I gave her my email to ensure my deal with uhaul was complete. I ended up just calling to make sure it was done and I believe Jamie confirmed everything and told her to give me a call back if anything else was required.
