The gentleman that helped us was wonderful!!! At the last minute we had to go with larger truck and it went SOOOOO SMOOTHLY. NO ONE likes to move!!! With the truck rental being so easy it was great. The fact that we couldn't even get a local truck was messed up and to have to go out of town was nerve racking to say the least. But as it turned out we would go that way again!!!!! The vehicle was clean however the exterior was pretty badly damaged. The sales representative ran out of stickers to mark existing damage so I took photos. I have rented there before and the vehicles were clean and like new. Not sure what was going on, the vehicle only had 11,000 miles on it.Lance B.
The 6x12 I reserved was inoperable. One of the taillights was out and not rentable! I would consider this a rare occasion except that while I was dealing with having to rent a smaller trailer, another customer had the very same problem! The store offered to send me to another store but that store wouldn't answer the phone so we couldn't tell if they had one that was rentable! By this time I was already running late. Because you didn't have operable equipment and I had to settle for a smaller trailer we had to rent a storage unit to leave the stuff we couldn't get into the smaller trailer. This caused us an additional delay and we were unable to leave until after 3pm on the day we were supposed to be at our first stop in Montana. This caused us to loose our deposit and had to stay at another campground that did not have the amenities we desired! The rest of our trip was messed up by the delay on the first day! The store where we rented were very upset by what took place and cut the rental in half. They also gave us additional days as there was no way we could travel at 55 mph and make 2000 miles in 6 days in an RV pulling a trailer! My suggestion to you that would have alleviated this problem is before one store delivers a unit make sure the unit is rentable! You could also make the lights accessible to the rental store or even the consumer. I can't believe that this move was such a problem over a lightbulb! I suggest that you consider using this as a training opportunity for your stores!SCOTT R.

The truck had not been well kept or swept out. The weather stripping was coming away from the driver door frame. I put it back on but it needed to be glued. The cab was dirty with cigarette ash. However, it ran great and completely met our need. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pickup and drop off were seamless.Leon F.

Shittiest experience possible. Crew was unorganized when I got there. Once there they acted unprofessional. The member never gave me a walk through, or inspection of the vehicle. The vehicle had windshield wipers that didn't work well, as well as taillights that didn't work. This was an awful experience I think Uhaul is a shit organization that due to their neglect puts others at harm.Dalton R.

There was no clear signage indicating where I should go for my key. When I got to the first counter, the man at the counter was very rude when I asked him if I was in the right place for U haul and made me wait in line just to tell me I was in the wrong line and needed to go to the middle of the store. Local vendors are great. The Corporate office is the worst customer service I've ever had. We had to travel an additional 75 miles to get the vehicle and it was 11 feet longer than we needed. Had to drive over an hour to Cheney just to pick up a truck to move from Pullman to tricities. Uhaul can do a better job scheduling vehicles to insure availability. Please fix your after hours turn-in app. It didn't work. We couldn't advance past taking puctures of the odometer and fuel guage. It wouldn't accept the pictures or let me press "CONTINUE" to the next screen. When I called to report the problem, I was on hold for 1 hour and 2 minutes before a rep came on the line - had to plug in my phone because waiting on hold used up my battery. The couplers on the hitch on the trailer that we rented never got tight enough around the ball to stop any excess movement. I think that is an issue that your maintenance crew should look at. Otherwise it was a successful rental.Lisa W.
