I ordered a 15' truck. They had two 15' and a 10'. The 15' they tried to give us had a huge gauge in the side wall of the rear tire and was completely unsafe but still tried to give it to us anyways, and the other 15' truck he said was just dead and did not work. So I had to down grade to a 10' truck and it cost me more money then I was quoted for the 15'. Over not very happy with this whole rental or this location. Those 15' trucks are not safe to drive.RONALD R.
The attendant appeared to be high. Apparently he didn't report the drop off of the equipment. As a result my integrity put up to be questioned. Luckily I took pictures of the drop off. I have been contacted by the by the equipment recovery department and had to proof the process.David Z.

Check engine light came on before trip was 1/2 completed. The truck didn't break down but it scared me. No one knew why at the drop off location or seem to care.Steven W.
Showed up told it's ready to go and when I open the door to the truck it smelt like weed and smoke. I drove for two days with windows down bc the smell was terrible. It had crush chips poured all over the floor in the cab and had to go vacuum out myself before useERIC T.

They charged me for the $14 safe move insurance when I said I did not want it they charged me way more than Itvwas calculated after I took my pictures and made sure the mileage and the gas showed that I had put gas back in it. it showed me it was gonna be $43 with the $14 charge and somehow it was sixty-seven or something so it was way off plus $14 should not have been on it AND I only drove it like 20 miles overallJORDAN A.

Was unsure when I googled it and found it was in a convenience store, but the pickup was quick and easy. Truck in great shape and it was a easy experience. Would definitely rent here again.edward J.
Almost didn't get my confirmed reserved truck as the individuals at the gas station couldn't confirm it. After a few minutes they got the individual in charge of Uhaul on the phone who hesitated to give me the rental but relented when I told him it was made and confirmed through the scheduler, Once he gave us the portal to upload driver's license we got the truck keys handed to us without any directionsRobert H.
I reserved an appliance dolly, and when I got to the location I was moving from, found that it was not in the truck as expected. Made things quite difficult as I had a washer/dryer to move. When I discussed with clerk upon returning key, they indicated that they didn't know how to credit me for the amount paid for the dolly.Laura C.

I ordered moving blankets and when I got there to pick up truck they didn't have any and didn't even keep them in stock. If this location isn't going to keep them in stock don't allow to order them online. The guy told me to just go to uhaul place on gov drive and they will give them to me, just show my key. Well they gave them to me but charged me for them. Was in a hurry when returning truck but girl made me do it all online. Cell phone was about dead and cell service was not very strong.Lee B.
A big fat NO. I returned the truck the evening before it was due. I again tried the UHaul app. After 30 minutes of trying I went inside (this is a gas station location) no one was around. After a few minutes a young girl came in from a back door. I told her I was attempting to return a truck and the app was not responding. She said she couldn't help me because she knew nothing about it. I asked her where I drop the key. She said with her. She said "if you have a picture of the mileage and fuel you should be good". I gave her the key. The next day I tried to call the store to confirm it was marked returned. No answer. I call UHaul and spoke to a representative. He said he would contact the store. I heard nothing. Truck still shows I haven't returned it. I call another U Haul number and speak to someone else. He sent an email to the store owner and myself. Still no reply. I replied to the email. STILL NO REPLY AND TRUCK IS STILL NOT CHECKED IN. I returned the truck on Saturday night, it is now Monday and I call UHaul AGAIN!!! The rep said she sent a message to the store and someone would call me. NO call ever came. I finally received an email that the truck was finally marked as returned. This should never happen! I had asked in one of my emails for a corporate number to call. It is events like this that tarnish a company's reputation.kimberly M.

It's not a Uhaul store front, it was at a sketchy gas station. The inside of the truck had dirt and gravel inside. I had reserved an appliance dolly, I was told they didn't have them, I needed to go to another location to get one. I tried for hours to reach him by phone and he never answered or would answer then hang up. He did answer when Uhaul called him. I had so many issues with the Uhaul 800# they have up to 50 minute wait times and will never return a call. I WILL NEVER USE UHAUL AGAIN! It was a disaster from the day I got an email saying the location I had chosen was changed.Adam P.

We asked for and paid for moving blankets. However, none were included with the truck. So when I returned it, I mentioned it, and she didn't have any idea how to credit or adjust the invoice. So we paid for blankets/pads we never received or used. That is a downside. Otherwise, very good truck and rental.Benjamin P.
The paperwork said to call when you got to the return location. We went to return 24 hours early. I called the number several times and all I got was a fax machine. There was no drop box for keys anywhere. I went into the gas station here to ask how we return our Uhaul truck. He had no clue what to do. He gave me a number to call which was the same number on my paperwork. We left the truck there and came back the next day. We called the number again. No answer. When we got here I went into the gas station and the man behind the counter took my keys. I asked for some kind of paperwork showing I had returned the truck. He said I would get an email later. I did not feel comfortable with this so I said I would stay there until I got the email. He was very annoyed with me but he left the store and went and checked in the truck and then said I should get a email in a few minutes. He was not helpful at all and seemed bothered by the whole thing.This location is giving Uhaul a bad name. I would not use this location.Robert C.

Guy was rude, was supposed to get a dolly, asked him about it. He said he only rents truck. Uhaul chang3d my pick up location from governors drive to drake. Had to drive extra miles to get utility dollyjames K.
15 foot truck was well maintained and performed well. The renter prior to my rental smoked so much I suffered nausea for 4 hours. Guessing how much gas to put in the truck was harder than it should have been. Just let me fill it up and be done. All rentals should be left full.Tom F.

If you need a truck in your neighborhood this locations is fine. The truck had not been cleaned out as their were a few small items in the cargo area and some things from a stop at McDonalds in the passenger area. The truck itself was fine and operated fine. It was a very new truck.Robert M.

Everything went great. The only thing I did not understand, when returning the truck we drove 7 miles from our location. It took about 20 mins to get there. We passed by 4 other U haul dealers to get there. One was not a 1/4 of a mile from where we moved to. I am sure there is a good explanation, just did not get that part. Thanks!!Kenneth J.

I did not initially order for this location. I ordered from a differing one. When I ordered I asked for a dolly and blankets. I indicated the expected mileage as well. When I arrived at the ordering location I was told they had no dolly. Then there were problems completing the order and I was passed the phone from the ordering location attendant to a customer service rep. The rep on the phone said the vehicle at the ordering location would not support the amount of miles I estimated I would incur. I was then referred to Dharma. When I arrived at his location he had neither blankets nor dolly either. Because there was no feedback regarding the mileage issue and then not having the additional equipment I ordered I will not use U-Haul again and will not recommend to anyone needing this service. Your system is broke and customer service is terrible.Steven C.

Clean the U-Haul. Make sure equipment is included and if it's not, inform us ahead of time. At the last minute we found out the dolly we paid for was not there and we struggled with moving our large items due to not having a dolly! It really made for a negative experience. I was hurting (back etc) for several days from excess lifting. If I had the dolly I paid for, I could have avoided that.Heather S.
