Horrible they charge my card a fuel fee for nothing!!!! I received the truck on EMPTY AND I RETURNED THE TRUCK ON EMPTY. So why am I being charged when I returned the truck just how I received it. I also paid for 15 miles and only went 7 miles and didn't get my money back for that but yet you're charging me a fuel fee! This is HORRIBLE DO NOT RECOMMEND!!Vasia L.

Very poor customer service. The uhaul I received had a slow leak in the tire causing the tpms system to be set off before I even left the lot. I was then overcharged mileage on top of being charged 87$ for 8$ with of gas. Not including the 30$ administrative fee I was charged wich Jaydenpockets himself and lies and says it's corporate. He then proceeded to overcharge me for tolls by 14$ I spoke with toll authorities and it's was one suppose around 6$. Jayden then accesses my account the same day over 9 hours later and drains my account until I'm in the negative for charges never discussed from a state I don't even live in. I've already contacted bank and the authorities regarding his shady buisness practices. And will be getting every dime payed and stolen from me. I am disgusted find a different location he Is thug and thief you will regret the day you ever stepped foot into his seedy poorly run establishment with his small children running around in a cramped disheveled office. This is truly the worst mistake I could've made renting g from this heartless thieving scammer omg.Tyresha M.

I waited a few minutes longer than necessary because there was a language barrier between the employee and myself. However, the equipment was clean and maintained. Also, I did not receive a proper check out, normally there is some documentation which tells you the odometer reading and gas mileage, as formalityâ€¦ I also still have not received a receipt.Miasha N.

Poor selection, but friendly and helpful proprietor. I rate him excellent. However, I called three different individuals who apparently were operating their U-haul franchise business out of their apartments with a cell-phone. One woman I called was very aggressive and repeatedly asked me who I was and why I was calling then hung up. Another never answered his phone at all and when I went to his location which was behind some abandoned warehouse with no U-Haul signage whatsoever, all I saw were three U-haul trucks behind the alley near the dumpsters. No personnel, no nothing. I then drove to a third location and had to rent a covered trailer that was not what I needed, but I did not want to drive around all over Houston to more shady U-haul "owners operating their business out of abandoned buildings, cow pastures and disused parking lots with crack pipes and meth needles. Your business model of franchises for individuals with no corporate facilities, large parking lot, good selection, on-site staff is POOR. I would NOT recommend U-haul to anyone. I have already told several friends about my terrible experience and they assured me they will not consider U-haul in the future.MICHAEL H.
It started off a little rocky - but everything turned out just fine. I would definitely use Jaysen Auto Sales again when renting another U-Haul. Considering I rented a 26' truck - at 1.19 a mile for 91 miles (round trip) - great price - didn't use as much gas as I thought it was going to use. It took 14 gallons to fill it back up. All in all - good move!Edward R.
My rental was $286.00 The exterior of the truck was clean and interior but the box car had a lot of roaches. The little brown ones. So I'm sure my furniture is full of them. I think U-Haul should refund or discount my experienceHoward P.

We had an appointment at 8:30 am. When we arrived, there was a guy there but he was unable to assist us with getting the truck. He gave us a number to call but no one answered. We had to call 30 times before he answered. This is not an exaggeration. I find that very unprofessional. We had movers scheduled based on the pick up time for the truck so this pushed us behind. We finally got the truck about an hour later.Shannon A.
The staff worked hard and worked with Joe on getting it reserved however it wasn't clean and I had to wait on that and to get the proper dolly, furniture dolly; the drivers side mirror was loose causing difficulties in driving. Don't blame local help as he was very nice, cleaned out the front and back and did the best he could.Bill H.

Truck was dirty and the employee did not sanitized the truck prior to me renting it. Halfway through my journey I was over taken by ants crawling on my leg. Uhaul did not take responsibilitiy for the condition of the truck and insinuated that it was my fault even though I provided videos and pictures of the trucks conditions. I will tell everyone that UHAUL put me at risk for COVID 19 By failing to properly clean and sanitize the truck.Cory Y.

The staff was nice but, the truck leaked and water bamage 2 boxes, ruined a book and everything that went in dry came out wet or damp. I put 22.00 worth ogas in the truck on return because the gauge was not reading correctly. So it can back with more that I started with...When transferred to the location UHaul failed to mention this did not open until 9am. There all kinds of out of date neighborhood news papers and trash under the seat we removed. I brought it back clean. Thank you, LMlisa M.

The gentleman at the UHaul was very helpful and professional. He patiently showed me how to hitch and unhitch it. The trailer was parked on a swampy grass lot. The trailer itself was a disgrace. The outside paint was peeling with multiple dents and scratches. There was rust everywhere especially at the hitching levers, hard to operate. The inside top and the door were dirty. When trying to close the door after loading, the door got stuck and it took 2 people with considerable effort to close. Was this trailer built when Jimmy Carter was president, since the 55 mile speed limit was still painted on?Volker E.
