Once again at last moment I was asked to drop off truck at different location.. I REFUSED.. Not good business when you attempt to force customers to keep inventory by switching location drop off.. I WILL NEVER LEASE FROM U-HAUL AGAIN

Make sure location hours are correct in U-Haul's system. My reservation was for 11:00 am, but the location did not even open until 12:00 pm. Then the store opened 20 minutes late, because the owner said, "I had to go somewhere first". We submitted a formal complaint with U-Haul.

I had asked for a different location and did not realize U-Haul had not accommodated that request, so needed to go to a second location. Second location (Jayku) did not have the truck I reserved - had a 20 foot vs. 10 foot. Said the 10 foot had an engine problem "but nobody has done anything about it for a week". So little/no effort to get the truck I reserved. Didn't have a dolly which was on the reservation, but that corrected the original mistake as we didn't order a dolly. So I had to drive a much larger truck, pay for more gas, etc. I don't think this falls on the pick-up location, it's more on U-Haul, but overall it was a terrible experience. I'll recommend people not use U-Haul.

Where the trailers are parked it's almost impossible to get them out because of the tight driveway and huge drop off 12”+ on the side of the drive. You have to lift the trailer and pull it to your vehicle. And yes I am experienced at pulling a trailer. I will never rent from that location again.

The woman at this location had to call someone to help me to rent the vehicle and I had to wait 10+ minutes to begin the paperwork. Once the paperwork was complete the man helping me told me that I had to return to the location I picked it up at or I was going to be charged $90. This is not what the contract States. I was to pick it up at that location and take it to the Cherokee plaza location, which I did.

Even after completing registration online, still had to complete it again at pickup location. Truck was clean but we had to put air in the tires as the gauge said they were over 20 pounds low.

I think the .99 a mile is excessive....I'm paying to rent a truck and I'm filling it back up with gas after the job...rental cars do not charge for miles any more....the rental was fine and clean...I had a hard time understanding the gentleman renting me the truck but somehow we got it done.....

Uhaul worker refused to assist with helping to put the car on the tow dolly. I was in the parking lot for over two hours in the cold trying to get my car on the dolly. I had to drive out of my to go to another uhaul that was approx 7-10 miles away to get the assistance that I needed. Authorized dealers should be held to the exact same standards as the actual uhaul rental company's.

We dropped the uhaul off and put the key in the drop box, like instructed to do so. We dropped it off on time and with more gas in it that had to be in there. The next day we get 5 emails stating we never dropped the truck off!!! We called where we picked it up and he called the location and they couldn't understand what the guy was even saying and asking about the truck. He called the corporate office on them as well. I would never ever recommend this place to drop anything off. Absolutely awful. And I am really hoping my credit card isn't charged again.

There was not a ramp in the truck. I can't imagine a moving truck that doesn't have a ramp. I paid for a U-Haul to move a piano, and that was made very difficult by not having a ramp. I could have saved my money and used a pick up truck. I was very irritated.

I was told it would be 29.99 for 20ft and was charged 39.99 . My fault I didn't look at contract when signing At the cost . I will know the next time

The staff had no clue what they were doing, and it took 30 minutes to rent even though we had done the pre-check in beforehand. They take their customers into a back room with a cot to complete the rental. It was very strange, and I wouldn't have wanted my wife in that situation. I was uncomfortable and I am a big guy. The trailer was clean but rusty and pretty rough looking. This location should not be a dealer
